Circulon Hard-Anodized Nonstick 4-Quart Covered Casserole, Black

While I love the pan (should have gotten the 5 quart) it is hard to clean if you fry meat in it as stuff gets in the grooves on the bottom and is hard to clean.

I love it .... even though takes a few extra minutes to heat up because I keep it over a medium heat, but it retains the heat for long time and I make curry in this pan... evenly cooks and cleaning is easy.I don’t put it in the dishwasher.... I would but it again.

My new favorite pan!! I have used the larger version of this (my old favorite pan) for several years and absolutely love it, so bought this smaller one which is just right for two people. I use it on the stove top and in the oven. I know it says 'casserole' but I've yet to use it for one...hmmm, I think it'll be perfect for turkey dressing!

Cooking for 2 and I use this almost every night to cook dinner - perfect size for dinner for 2, easy cleanup, fits in dishwasher, not too heavy. Have only had it a month, will update later about how it holds up.

I love this pan! It is truly my "go to" pan for fixing many of our meals. Circulon non-stick products hold up to the test of time. The covered handles and knob on this version are an improvement from my first pan which would get hot to the touch when cooking on the stove top. I recently got my second pan as a gift when the first finally wore out. It's such a great pan that when I saw it on Amazon for a terrific price I quickly grabbed two more, one to put away for the future and one for my daughter.

Love these pans! I had to toss all my copper pans stuff would stick burn and they were hard to clean. These are so easy to use clean and just a great product.

We look for a medium size pilaf pot. We tried a lot. Circulon is the best one We used.

So far so good. I love circulon pots. This one is not as heavy as I thought it would be. But it works well.
