Amazing!
These headphones are amazing! Firstly, the sound is perfect, testing it out with my music they sound great with no need for EQ fixing or anything of the sort. Secondly, these things are LOUD. Whether it's due to the speakers being on ear or just the speakers themselves, these things get ridiculously loud. The fact that it comes with two wires (on perfect for computer usage and the other great for MP3 players with the volume control and stereo/mono switch) also helps tip the choice in favor of these. Now, onto the outside. These things look gorgeous, and they feel sturdy without being too hard, it feels like a tough rubber. Instead of using a click type system that most over ear/on ear headphones use for the band, these use a rubber that fits perfectly to your head so you won't have to constantly adjust it or worse, have to find some way to get it in between two different settings. The ear cups are very comfortable and don't feel cheap at all. The only thing that's really a drawback about the looks is the little gray parts on the cups are actually mirrors, and they can look a bit silly and get annoying in bright light. All of this for less than $30? Yes PLEASE.

bargain
Not much to say that hasn't been said by the fantastic reviewers whom posted before me. I'll just add they aren't quite as comfortable as I was hoping they hurt my ears after an hour or so. That said, my ears are large. it will take me 10 minutes worth of work to add a little bit more cotton to these pads and it will be fine. Sound quality is paramount, of course, and to that I say, tdk is known for those beautifully flat signatures. If you want some muddy boosted bass and shrill, and exaggerated highs... By some bo.... Oops nevermind. Anyway, can't go wrong at this price point. Yes, go ahead and pull the trigger. Peace

These are comfortable to wear
Very prompt service/shipping by the supplier; zero complaints. These are comfortable to wear, and have what strikes me as a very high quality sound. They do what a non-noise suppressing headphone should do and are equal to the very best audiophile headphones (MANY hundreds of bucks I have spent over the last 45 years on hideously costly headphones) I have owned.I'd say, as a personal opinion, a person can't lose buying these.

Ridiculously Good, Ludicrously Inexpensive
First off, let me say that I own several pairs of nice headphones that cost quite a bit of money. They require amps for proper power and burn in to sound their best. They're also quite prone to being stolen or damaged if I take them out of my home with me. That's where these beauties come in.Here are the stats from TDK's website:Plug type : 3.5mm gold-plated Driver Diameter : 57mm Frequency response : 20-20,000 Hz Impedance : 32 ohms Sensitivity : 110 dB Cord length : 2m and 5m with in-line volume control for TV viewing Warranty : 1 year limitedThe impedance is low enough to be driven by a laptop sound card and the iPhone 4 or 4S does a killer job pumping current through these. The sensitivity means that you're going to get good performance...the large drivers mean great sound...and the design is very comfy, even for hours of listening with glasses on. The cable design is also very kind to the consumer in that the cable plugs into the headphones, so you can use ANY cabling you wish! The cable supplied is VERY long and has an in line control which is nice. These are my daily headphones and I use them to play games, listen to music of all kinds and watch YouTube videos. The mids are very crisp and the bass is punchy without being too boomy or rumbly (lots of muddy bass is not as good as tight bass sound). The highs are balanced and these are NOT high-range heavy, so you don't need to worry about attracting bats when you play female vocals. In short, I own these and will always use them. They are good enough to be primary headphones and cheap enough to get one for the house, one for the office, one for the gym bag and one for the bedroom.GREAT JOB, TDK!!!

Incredible sound...
I just happened to find this gem on sale at Ross 'dress for less here in Jacksonville, Fl. for $25 bucks!I was looking for a headset for my hard of hearing father that had a long cord and volume control . BINGO!Comes with additional aux cable giving you the equivalent of 20' in cord length when joined with a female to female coupler and with no noticeable sound degradation nor static. No sound leakage and very comfortable. Also comes with lager plug.Lucky find and a great set if looking for a lengthy cord with volume control. It does stereo and mono, both of which sound clean.
