A tag on ours said to pull out the tube until it clicks twice if you want to use a hose to drain. What should I use to pull out the tube?

I had the same question/issue, but couldn’t figure it out. I then just pushed in the supplied hose and it started draining after 1-2 minutes. You have to make sure hose is constantly lower than height of outlet. So my answer to this question is you don’t have to pull tube until it clicks twice.

I purchased the shinco 3,000 sq ft energy syar dehumidifier, it stopped working due to it icing up. i have been in contact since 12/31/2020 . help

I have had mine as well. It ices up and the room stays warm. I have to return back to the unit to shut it off for it to defrost. The room also climbs up to 80 degrees. Mind you, it’s a basement that is 2000 square feet. I have ran my othe rsehumidifier with no problem.
