Q: How does this differ from what Dr. Tobias 14 day cleanse?

Never heard of Dr. Tibias. However I always had trouble being regular but started taking two of these with one Colace each evening and am very pleased with my results. I have had no trouble being regular since taking the Senna with Colace.

Q: How can I empty my cart of all items except the Senna Tablets?

Go to your cart. For each item in your cart there should be a number (quantity), make the quantity a zero with all except for the Senna Tablets. Or, highlight the Senna Tablets, press ctrl+c to copy, delete your entire cart and do a new search by pasting , ctrl+v, what you copied earlier into the search bar and select it again and only the the Senna leaves. I hope this helps.

Q: Does anyone have an opinion in regards to the loose leaves vs the pills?

Senna leaves - 100 vegetarian capsules /450mg per capsule. Works best for me. Each individual needs to adjust amount to needs of their own body & dijestive system. For instance, I take 2 capsules in morning & 3 at night. May be way too much for one individual or not enought. Depends. Experiment slowly till you discover proper dosage. No need to torture yourself with LOOSE LEAVES. HORRIBLE TASTE & DOES NOT DO THE job as well. My suggestion is stick with capsules. Hope I could help.
