Has anyone made with unsweetened almond milk? If so, how is it? Thanks!

I have never made it with almond milk, but I’m sure it will taste very good, I make it with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk, (others use low fat or skim milk) I may try almond and or coconut milk soon, I’ll report back, enjoy

Best chocolate out there.

We used to order this directly from Cortes. But their online store is no longer active. My wife grew up drinking this Cortes chocolate in Puerto Rico. There is a Cortes restaurant in Old San Juan which is a must visit. Everything on the Manu has chocolate. To me, this definitely taste much richer than any other brand. It is a bit more expensive but worth it.

Some of the best chocolate bars for making hot chocolate. Besides being hands down the most delicious, it brings back many family memories when I lived in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend it.

I love Cortez chocolate but they left it in from of the door on a sunny day. Therefore when I came home at night it was melted 🫠
