The best thing about this style is that they will never ever come off accidentally. The ends slip over the glasses stems and slip up to in front of the ear. The grip is strong and I like that but I dont care for these that much because they are hang in front of the ear like "Granny". The way they hang down causes them to constantly get caught on jackets, seat belts etc. I like the style that goes on from the end of the stem and go behind the head but the ones I have tried always come off. Just depends on your preference. The string itself was kind of thin.

Received mine today and have been wearing it on my reading glasses all afternoon. It holds onto the glasses perfectly and the purple color is attractive. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered these for my mom who had been purchasing the beaded style, other brand of glasses holders. They inevitably broke. She now has the Peeper-Keeper in three colors. She said they grip the glasses better than any others she ever had. I think she misses the beads...maybe they could come up with something? So far there are no signs of breakage in the near future!

This is the first eyeglass cord retainer that I have found that doesn't slip off the ends of your glasses. It stays put.
