Wonderslim, Cocoa Powder Low Fat, 6 Ounce

Delicious! I like that it's not sweet, which gives me control over how sweet I want my hot cocoa, and what kind of sweetener I want to use.Initially, I used it as a chocolate powder to sprinkle on tiramisu and lattes. It is an extremely light/fine powder, so it's great for a light dusting of chocolate over desserts or drinks. In fact, the powder is so light that the lid warns you to open the can slowly so that you don't end up with a puff of chocolate powder billowing into your face and lungs (which you probably will the first time you open your first can).Instead of a heavy hot chocolate drink, I use 1 tablespoon (about 1/2 the recommended serving) and mix it into latte-style steamed milk, as a nighttime alternative to a decaf latte. (I actually use a sugar-free, vanilla flavored brand of low fat coconut milk instead of regular milk, and I don't add a sweetener; but I have a friend who uses regular milk and her own sweetener. Both approaches work well.)The can comes sealed like a (very large) tuna or soup can, which preserves the cocoa in an air-tight way. Once you pull the tab and remove the metallic top, you use the supplied plastic lid to re-seal it. (It's the next time you pull off that plastic lid too fast that you risk getting the puff of cocoa-flavored smoke in your face!) Over time, the moisture in the air may cause a little clumping and less "puffing", but the powder still remains very fine.

We use this cocoa because of allergies to other cocoa. The taste is fabulous. Made the best chocolaty chocolate cake ever. I would give it a 5-star if it had the old packing (canister).

I love this cocoa, but its way too expensive. I need a warm drink low in caffine for my health and this fits the bill. If it were less expensive I would buy it more.

This is the best cocoa I have ever used. It has no fillers and lasts longer because I do not need to add so much to my recipes.

The picture on the Amazon page from which I ordered had a picture of a large canister of chocolate. That is what I expected. I received a small, six-ounce packet. For over nine dollars I certainly expected more. I double checked, and the small print over the canister did indeed say six ounces. The picture of the canister was misleading. I probably would not have bought this product otherwise.

I have heart palpitations from most chocolate. This cocoa however does not cause any problems for me! It taste the same as all other cocoa and I use it in all recipes calling for cocoa powder. However no side effects for me! I wish they would make the chocolate morsels too!

I actually bought this product to steer away from sugar. It's a strong cocoa powder, I use less than what the instructions say.

Fantastic pure Coco!! No additives or anything. Just pure and delicious!! Perfect for adding to my specialty protein shakes that I created.
