ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc Trainer, 14” Diameter with Pump for Improving Posture, Fitness, Stability

As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from Amazon.The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be.My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation.I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it's great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working.Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

I use this almost every night. Great tool to work on balance. Glad to have found and bought it. I've only needed to add air to it once since started using it months ago.

The disc trainer itself is nice quality and has held up over time. The pump is very poor quality and lasted under a year of infrequent use. When evaluating the price, factor in the cost of a new pump if you don’t already own one.

Got this for my dog's rehab exercises, so the durability of the material was important, given that little claws would be standing on it every day. We've had no problems with it at all, and I haven't had to refill it with the pump yet. The pump is easy to use, but it is a little counterintuitive that you have to fill it at an angle instead of straight up and down. My dog gets incredibly excited when this little disc comes out, and she's been having a ton of fun doing her exercises with it.On the off chance someone else is thinking of using this for a similar purpose, my dog is a little over 20 in tall, and this comes up to about her elbows, which is just what our rehab doctor wanted in terms of height. She uses this to stretch her hips, to do "around the world," to do sit-stands with her front and back feet elevated, and to balance on with all four feet. If your dog is any bigger than her (about 20 lbs), I'd say they might have trouble getting all four feet on.As for human use, I really can't speak to that. But members of the family have each taken a turn standing on it or trying exercises on it, and it's held up well to all sorts of nonsense we've tried with it. Great purchase overall.

These work well for balance. Quality construction.Be careful and hang on to something when you are just starting out

I am learning to skate and bough this to improve my balance skills. Is very resistible, very easy to take with. The air retention works well. And is really comfortable. I recommend this one.

Well, the disc is ok...but trying to inflate is no good........the needle pump that came with it broke whenI tried to inflate, in fact, the needle part I think was already half way broke and it bent completely off& over. So I had another little needle pump that I used all the time and I tried using it and it brokecompletely. Upset about that, because I had to go & purchase another pump at a local store becauseI need an air pump for other products. I finally was able to get it inflated to the desired firmness, andI guess after all that, I will keep...but very disappointed and it ended up costing me more money becauseof needing another pump.

Everyone should have one of these…I use watching TV….handy..

ساعدني عند اداء بعض التمارين البسيطة بالبيت او المكتب في تقوية اسفل الضهر وتخفيف الالم الناتج عن الجلوس كثيرا.. طبيعة عملي اجلس كثير ولذا احيانا كثيرة اسفل الظهر يبدا يؤلم .. تمارين الاطالة تساعد كثير والان مع وجود هذا سواء اداء تمارين بالبيت بسكل موسع او تمارين خفيفة بالمكتب او حتى الجلوس عليه وقت العمل يعمل على تحريك العضلات اسفل الظهر فيمنع او يخفف الالم ..

Item received as promised with the pump included. I am using it now and so far so good. Very good quality. I am on the computer for over 12 hours a day and I also have had low back pain. The disc 'encourages' me to sit up straight which will hopefully improve my posture. It arrived inflated to about two inches and I added air for comfort. So far no leaks and all is well. Very smart purchase
