HEAD Men's Compression Performance Shorts

Great purchase!! Purchased 3 of them in different colors. Thankfully I read through a bunch of reviews and found that they do run large. I wear an XL for my UA compression shorts, but these larges fit me great (I normally wear a 38-40" waste pant). Perfect amount of compression. They are great and stay up on my waist when I bend over, so no worries with my crack showing. I've worn each of my them maybe 4-5 times and washed/dried them after each wear and they are showing no signs of wear or deterioration.The length is fine...not quite to the top of my knee, but I am 6'7". I'm sure they have great length on most other people.Less than half the price of UA regular length compression shorts. Sure, the Head logo doesn't have as much swag as the UA logo, but I'm cool with paying 50% less to compensate :)

I have now bought FIVE pairs of these Head brand compression shorts.They are well made, durable, easy to launder, and true to size. A word about the size: if you want these to be tight, like a second skin, order a size down. If you want them to fit close to the body, but not like (say) control top hose or Spanx (from the world or women's torturous undergarments...) then order your normal size. My husband's take on the sizing issue is this: "When I want to sing with the alto section, I'll buy 'em smaller, but otherwise, the fit is snug withot being too snug..." He does have way with words, sometimes.From my perspective, the colors are great - they stay bright, don't fade or run, and make these a cinch to find in the laundry pile (unless you buy white). The price is AMAZING - comparison shopping proves it. These cost about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other compression shorts and they are as good - or better - quality. They are definitely worth the price!

Good quality shorts at a good price!! I should mention I am a female, so I have no idea as far as their ability to support down there for men. Also, if you are a female wanting to buy these, be aware they do have the "package" room in crotch, so they may be a little baggy their for a female, so you probably want to wear them under sweat pants or loose shorts, where as my Under Armour mens compression shorts don't have that extra room. The fit is fine for me as I don't wear them as stand alone shorts, I specifically wear them under other shorts.UPDATE- THESE HEAD COMPRESSION SHORTS ARE ONE OF THE BEST COMPRESSION SHORTS I HAVE OWNED. My third pair. These shorts are the only shorts of 4 different brands that I have bought that actually fit someone who wears a size 38 or 40 pant and normally buy XL. They are cut like good bike shorts with more than 6 panels and rise high in the back which allow you to bend over without exposing yourself. They are skin tight with no compression and ideal for walking and working in. I also bought a size L which do not come up high enough on my waist and also have very little compression.

I just bought these for the second time. I'm 27 years old, 6'5 with a pretty normal build. I LOVE these compression shorts for my workouts. They're well made and comfortable, they don't hug too hard on my waist and create an imaginary love handle, they have a perfect amount of support in the crotch area (some spanx can be super annoying in that area), and I love that they come down to just a few inches above my knee.I bought my first pair about 9 months ago and they held up so well, I just got a second pair in another color so I can alternate and cut out the other brands I, frankly, hate wearing.

I have two pair of Head's 6" compression shorts and love them. I thought they fit exceptionally well in all areas, but were especially supportive in the design of the crotch. Those shorts in a Large were perfect for my 33-34" waist. These longer shorts were WAY bigger and fit more along the lines of standard size LARGE men's underwear might fit. So, any benefit from the crotch design is ultimately lost and the longer length made them a bit too long for most of my workout shorts. I will wear them since they are not returnable, but will ultimately pull them from my gym rotation earlier than most. Just be aware of the large fit and order the normal size underwear for this product and you should be happier than me.

I have never worn compression shorts EVER. Keep in mind that I've a very athletic person but I never found the need to wear them. When I go on long hikes and backpacking trips, I tend to wear just boxers but I do have to put up with chaffing every once in a while. However, just recently I signed up for a Spartan Race and heard that it would be a great idea to wear compression shorts (because of all the mud and sand). I didn't want to spend too much and buy a Nike one, so I went ahead and went with these.Best decision ever.They fit pretty much true to size and you do want them a little tight, so things don't get in. Honestly they're super comfortable and I plan to buy more in the future.

I needed compression shorts to run with under a pair or very short running shorts. I was tempted to but more expensive brand name compression shorts but I thought for ten bucks give them a shot. They are perfect,maybe a tad bigger, I ordered medium with a 32/33 waist and they fit well but not super tight, They go down to just above the knee and look great with running shorts on top, The material seems good​, but only time will tell how long they last. I will buy a few more in different colors.

These shorts are great, they fit a little bit big just as others have said. I am a 32 waist and take a medium in virtually all clothing but I ordered the small in these and they fit perfectly.Be warned these are not compression shorts, if you've worn UA or Nike you will be very dissapointed in the compression of these shorts. However I was not looking for "compression" but just a good pair of athletic underwear to prevent chaffing while running. I was tired of wasting my money on UA that didn't seem to do anything for me and wore out much to quickly for what they cost. These shorts are great for what I wanted. They do feel quite fragile so durability may not be great but my UA only ever lasted 6 months and cost 7x the money. So even if I get 2-3 months out of these I will be very happy.

It does not compress much and on that aspect it is misleading.Very comfortable and does not roll up.be carefull the red one tinted my shorts a lot so wash separately or handwash a couple times before washing it with other garments.It just feels like regular long anti chaffing boxers, and for that price that is what I was expecting

Quality seemed fine for the price paid.Item was significantly shorter on me at 6 foot 2 than expected. The guy in the image must be about 5 foot 7 for it to come to his knees.I had to return, as it didnt effectively do what I needed only because it was too short. Otherwise, Im sure this is a fine purchase.

A nice undershort. I would definitely order these again. i am usually a size XL in boxer briefs but ordered a Large in these. They fit quite nicely.
