TCL65R615 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Roku Smart LED TV Dolby Vision HDR (2018 Model)

For the cost of this TV you get a far better picture than you would think. There was only one flaw, a pixel went out on the screen after I had it for a year, but it doesn't in any way effect the viewing enjoyment. I bought 3 more smaller TCL TVs for the house because this one was just that good and economical.

We had really enjoyed this TV until yesterday afternoon when there was a sudden loud POP, the screen went black, and there was a burning smell. Never came back on. I have read now several other people having this issue and that TCL won't stand behind their product. We bought our 1 1/2 years ago. Unbelievable they won't do anything about this issue. The other sad thing is that we purchased a TCL sound system earlier this year and it won't work with anything but another TCL television! Buyer beware. These great reviews need to be reconsidered now that this TV has had a very short life expectancy!!!!

So far so good. Have only had it about a week. Picture is bright and clear. Bought the extended warranty just to be safe since the price was so good.

The picture quality on this tv is beautiful. But, at slightly over the year mark, a full line of pixels just mysteriously went dead one day. We watched it happen sitting on the couch playing video games. Manufacturing won’t do anything about it saying that’s super-common and suggests we just buy a new one.For the price and the hassle, there is no way. The first tv we got, we set up incredibly carefully and on turning it on discovered there were dead areas. The vendor swapped us TVs for free but we had to go through an even more fraught installation process before finding one that works and at an extra weeks delay.Definitely will NOT be buying TCL again.

The resolution is awesome on this TV and gaming it’s unbelievable

Best TV for the price

Buyer Beware. My 65 inch went totally out after 20 months. TCL refused to do anything about it, citing 1 yr warranty. I googled my problem and it was a rampant issue the company knew about but still continued to sell the product. They do NOT stand behind their products. You are way better off with a dependable LG or even Vizeo

Never had a roku. Easy enough to use. Just dont like that you need to select input every time you turn on set!
