Worked perfectly!
My vet recommended this shampoo for my dog who had a really bad case of seborrhea after undergoing surgery. REALLY bad. I had used the Chlorhexadrine one in the past but it didn’t help much. This one cleared up my dog’s skin issue in a week! The trick is to bathe your dog 3x a week with this shampoo, and you have to work it well into the coat, making sure the skin is completely saturated and leave it on for 10 minutes. It’s a pain and my dog becomes impatient, but the change in his skin was night and day. Now, I bathe him once a week with this shampoo to maintain and his itching has become less and less. It takes awhile for a dog’s skin to reaclimate and become less itchy overall even though flaking is managed.Highly recommend it, but if you’re uncertain, it’s always best to check with your vet to make sure that this is what your dog needs.

Takes Care of the Skin Condition While it Cleans the Fur!
FANTASTIC STUFF!! It works well for my Shih Tzu dog that has heavy-oily skin along with dry, dull, gummy hair (fur)! Nothing worked for her. In a few days after her bath her fur was gummed up with a dirty, oily feel. And, if she rolled in the grass to scratch her back, it was super gummed up fast! All her luster n softness was gone quickly! I've bought shampoo after shampoo to try and find the right one for her. I looked up information over the internet concerning her condition. Come to find out she had an oily skin condition called 'Seborrhea.' We live in a very humid state which only adds to the problem during the summer months. So I stumbled upon this shampoo by Douxe which I do like this shampoo for dogs with Seborrhea issues. I've always thought Douxe has been a very good quality product. I use it with my dog's ears. I didn't know they made shampoo and especially for the Seborrhea problem my dog has. I totally recommend this Seborrhea shampoo if your doggy has this medical skin condition. You will be very happy yet glad, about the results!

Huge improvement after 1 week
Big vet bills are not in our budget so I did some research online and self-diagnosed my dog with seabhorric dandruff. I had tried using coconut oil on her and bathing her with a calming oatmeal shampoo before I tried this medicated shampoo. I started bathing her with the shampoo about a week ago and have seen a huge Improvement already. She is still getting oily after a couple of days and has a little bit of a smell to her after a day or two; but for the first day and a half after washing she actually smells fresh. The directions say to use two to three times a week for the first couple weeks and then decrease frequency as needed after that so I'm hoping that after another week of regular baths with this shampoo I will be able to maintain her with less frequent baths. I also ordered the spray, I'm hoping that it will help to extend the time between baths for her once this initial two week period is over

Helped with my baby skin issues
I have a 12 year long haired minuter doxie. Poor baby lost most of her hair due to a horrible yeast infection. Vet prescribed this shampoo along with meds. Not only is her hair back, it is fuller then it was before. I still use this on her about once a week and she feels soft and smells good.

Pooch Perfect Product
This is the same product I got from our vets but several dollars cheaper and delivered right to my door. What is helpful that I got at the vets office in addition was a handy chart that shows you how often to use both the shampoo and spray. Thankfully, I had the foresight to keep it on the fridge! Getting this shampoo for your dog is making a commitment to wash them every 3 days, making sure to leave them sudsy with a thorough coating of product against their skin for 10 minutes before a complete rinse off.The first time or two that I used the shampoo originally I didn't see that big of improvement and was skeptical. I kept with it though to fantastic results. My Golden Retreiver's fur got thicker, softer, and shinier. His skin became white and smooth once again instead of flaky circle scabs. And this is a dog who has suffered with terrible allergies for years, having to get injections repeatedly. He was itch free for a month and his belly looked better than it has in ages! After a few weeks, I'm obviously repeating the treatment as the flaking is gradually starting to come back along with a bit of itching but no where near as badly as originally. Honestly, it is a bit of work, but our furry kids are worth it.

Good product
My cat is older and not cleaning herself so well resulting in dandruff and oiliness. I tried dry shampoos and other cat shampoo but nothing worked. The vet recommended this shampoo to me and it helped greatly. I would definitely recommend. Only downside is it takes a lot for one wash and it’s expensive but it was the only thing that worked.

Great for pets that have skin irritations. Safe and effective
Started using this on my dog who has seborrhea. His skin gets flaky, and gets blocked glands. The treatment is safe to use two or three times a week. He loves going and getting bathes with this shampoo and it has helped dry up the oils in his skin. The trick is to leave it on for a short period, 5-10 minutes then wash it out. Safe for cats, as well. Thank you

Helped with Flaky Skin
Vet recommended this for my Xolo (aka Mexican Hairless dog) who was having flaking skin over a large area of his body. Noticed a huge difference after one bath. I also purchased the mousse, which also works well and has the advantage of not requiring water, which my boy dislikes :)
