No Fear Unisex Rage Stunt Scooter

I bought 2 scooters. First one I put together was good. However there was a fault with the 2nd one, as bolts would not tighten. I know you have to be very careful with tightening the bolts as you can ruin the tread. I contracted the company Kickback sports after buying this and they keep saying that it is my fault and will not do anything to help. All I wanted was replacement bolts and clamp to fix the problem. Now I have a brand new scooter that cannot be used. One happy child and another sad child who has no scooter.I am horrified with the customer care I received. Stay away for these or it could be you next.
