Shock broke while driving, almost caused me to crash
The shock broke on me with less than 200 miles on them, the retainer ring c-clip that holds up the lower spring perch broke so my spring shot down and the car bottomed out on the shock, while I was driving. Almost caused me to crash into the car to my right (passenger front shock broke). I sincerely hope this company honors a return for me because even if it’s past 30 days, they’ve only had 200 miles on them. Absolutely ridiculous

Amazing
Made my 85 Z28 handle better than new, and the quick adjust is a God send. I just cut an L shape into the carpet above shocks so I have easy access to them.

improves handling and very durable
I have Koni products on all of my cars, and I feel that they are one of the best ways to improve the car's handling for anyone. The single adjuster is easy to use and gives you the ability to choose between a firmer or softer ride. Granted, it's not going to be a floating ride down the highway even on "soft," but for those who like to have a less harsh ride for daily driving and then a firmer setting for a track day or autocross, it's great. These are also quite durable, as I had a pair with well over 150,000 miles just sent back to Koni for rebuilding and refurbishment. The verdict was that they really didn't need the rebuild! And this was after years of autocrossing and track days, plus daily driving. Koni customer service is also top notch, and if you want to get specific valving for your application, you can send these struts in and get exactly what you need out of them. The only thing I would suggest, and this is very F-body specific, is to make sure you put anti-seize on the top nut. GM's design allows water to get into the strut mount and so it's easy for the nut to rust onto the shock (though Koni can fix this if you happen to break the top of strut trying to remove the nut -- ask me how I know!). If you're replacing struts for the first time, make sure you have strut mounts available to you, as you will very likely have to replace the passenger side one, if not both.
