A fantastic listen, front to back!
Disclosure - This review is for the 16-track Deluxe Edition CD:According to Amazon, I bought this album in July of 2015 and I did so mostly for the several "hit" songs. However, I never gave it a full listen front to back until just today and WOW, was I ever missing out. The album proper (the first 12 tracks) are fantastic, I can easily listen to them straight through and did. Out of the remaining 4 songs on the Deluxe Edition, 3 carried on in the same vein as the main album and were equally as catchy/memorable. there was really only the one song I'd skip and even then, it was just one song and his voice is just so damn good that I imagine I'd just let it play regardless. Today's full album listen not only inspired me enough to write this review but also to be even more excited for his new album that is coming at month's end. As for me, I own TONS of CDs and my musical range is quite varied and even then, this album stands out for me.

Fun, Enjoyable & Almost Raucous at Times!!!
I heard "Budapest" on a local pop station last Fall and immediately liked it. And shocked to hear that that voice was from someone barely 21 years old. I ordered the 2 track CD (that was all that was available at the time) and received it just in time to take it on vacation to Sedona, AZ where I played it frequently. I'm currently taking some R&R beach time in Galveston, TX and ordered this album to take with me. I've played it every day since I got here and can't get enough of this young man's music. I'm 68 and listening to George's music reminds me of all the fun times I had at his age. The fact that he's 21 probably accounts for why most of the songs are about the girls in his life. "Budapest" is one of the sweetest love songs I've heard in a long time and attests to just how deeply we can fall in love at that age. But I particularly liked the hand-clappin', foot stompin' first track "Blame it on Me" as well as "Over the Creek", "Listen to the Man" and "Drawing Board". I hope he has a long, successful singing career and look forward to more great music from him.

Every now and then and album comes along....
This album is one of those incredibly rare albums that I genuinely like from the first playing, and more each time thereafter. Indeed, since we received this album we just can't seem to stop going to it as our music-of-choice. My wife and sons (10- and 8-years) are just as compelled by it as am I. That a 21-year old British guy can produce such mature, thoughtful and attention-holding music reminds me of how young the Beatles were when they started changing the musical landscape. Additionally, coming out of such a young man, Ezra's voice is almost other-worldly. I learned of this guy by seeing him perform "Budapest" on a talk show and was instantly intrigued. Purchased the album only having heard that song and was thrilled to quickly realize that every song on the album is equally strong and interesting. This is without contest my #1 musical "find" in quite a while; I give it my maximum recommendation. Cannot wait 'til his next release to see if he can match or even top this extraordinary creation. Listen to any sample of any song from this album. If it grabs you, don't hesitate a moment to order the entire album. You will not be disappointed.

A very good first album with several good songs
George Ezra is a young artist with an exceptional voice - reminds me of Tom Jones without the grittiness. A very good first album with several good songs. As he ages and his voice gets a little gravel, I predict he'll be one of the great pop music singers like Sinatra, Tom Jones, Michael Bublé etc.

Wonderful
We love George Ezra and so does my 90 year old father. Got it for part of a gift for him. He listens to him all the time now.

Awesome George
I first heard of George Ezra on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. George was the music guest and by request from Jimmy Fallon he sang "Budapest". I love George's voice and song writing. "Budapest" is a great song along with all of the songs on this CD. "Over the Creek" is my favorite. I bought two CD's to share with family and to load in my car's music box. Highly recommend this CD. My niece loves this CD. She says it calms her down in Seattle traffic.Just checked this CD on Amazon and the price has gone up 2.00$ from when I purchased it. Why is that?

I really love this album
I really love this album. It's definitely something that is a great offering from George Ezra. There's a lot to like in terms of musicality, but the mastering and mixing of this album really helps it move along. Great production.Rhythmic, soulful, and it's a great surprise to see someone so young with such an aged tonality to their voice put together an album of songs this listenable. When I ordered it the package came as was expected. Though I thought that the potential for damage to the record would've been pretty apparent, there were no issues with it. Perfect condition.
