Still using these in 2022 after buying them in 2017
These are amazing, especially to keep me from leaning over my laptop. I still use the keyboard on and off but I mainly use the mouse. I love that the mouse & keyboard are on 1 dongle that you plug into your USB so it's not taking up two spots if you're using both. I wish the little stands had stayed on better but it's still slightly tilted. It states it's waterproof and I've accidentally spilled things on it but only on small areas of it and after drying it out then cleaning it, it STILL works. They are soft keys as well & very comfortable. I love the ability to pop the keys out to clean underneath. We have 2 dogs currently in my house, 3 overall since buying the laptop. I love the ability to clean it due to this and I think that's why it's lasted me as long as it has. I still highly recommend it.Also, if you have oil or water-based paint markers, they work really well at decorating it with designs OR adding your name, cell #, and address onto it if you're in a hospital for long periods of time or in a nursing home types of setting for a long time. This way no one can steal it if it gets left behind. I usually don't leave things behind but I have moved rooms within a hospital and nursing home before and they can get super-duper pushy to get it done fast.

Beats the bigger guys in this same price range (EagleTec K104/KS04)
My job demands a lot of work from home and i needed a nice keyboard and mouse which will help me work long hours on my laptop without getting into some convoluted medical condition common with those having desk jobs. The product came in a nice slim box. Thanks to fellow amazon reviewers, i exactly knew where to look for the USB nano receiver and did not panic not finding it. It was housed in a slot in the mouse. You may also find it taped insde the box in a small compartment. As rightly pointed out there is no user manual or documents that come with the product. But the product description sticker on the box works well enough to get you startedThe reason i chose this over similarly priced Logitech or Hp keyboard was mainly for the contoured 5 button mouse. The others give a 3 button mouse in the same price range. I had earlier used the Logitech Wireless Combo MK270 and found it to be very basic. Thins one definetly trumps it on a lot of counts like:- Ergonomic 5 button configurable mouse- DPI rate adjustable mouse. (I configured the extra mouse button using X- Mouse Button Control, It was really easy and helps me lot having my frequently used function on a mouse. The default factory settings perform back/forward on a browser i believe)- Auto power off mode to save batter life (logitech mouse did not have this feature and the red optical laser light will always keep blinking and i had to take off the battery when not using it)- Soft touch silent keyboard with great tactile feedback- Better overall build quality than logitech one i haveThe only small gripe, as another reviewer mentioned was the placement of " \' key right next to the vertically aligned Enter key. This is not a huge problem and it took me around 15 mins to overcome this and type without doing a lot of backspace. One minor troubleshooting which i had to for connecting the keyboard as it would not pair was to remove the nano receiver out of the usb socket, take off the batteries of both the mouse and the keyboard. Then put the nano receiver back in the usb port, insert the batteries only in the keyboard. Wait for it connect and then inserted the batteries in the mouse. Not all of you may have this problem, but I used the mouse for a considerable period of time before connecting the laptop so may have faced this issue.Overall i am really happy with the purchase and feel this beats a lot of the bigger keyboard manufacturers in both quality and features, and i highly recommend this product. If it had backlit keys ,,it would have been a super steal. But, perhaps i am being too greedy :)

Mouse is great, never felt a keyboard like this before.
I got this to replace a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse that each had their own receiver. I wanted to combine it to open up another USB port, and this definitely did the trick. I didnt need to install any software and it worked right off the bat. I wish both used AA or AAA batteries. They keyboard uses AA, and the mouse uses AAA. Its just a bit annoying to need two different types rather than one type. The mouse is great. My main comments:The keyboard. I've never felt a keyboard like this. I'm currently typing on it, and it works just fine. All buttons are responsive and the enter key is not the weird shape that you've seen in some reviews. This keyboard is spill resistant apparently, but I have not tested then. I am just going to believe them when they say that and trust that it works when I need it to. This is without a doubt the most SILENT keyboard I've ever used. And I'm not even sure that's a good thing. The keys feel extremely....."mushy" as if you took a normal keyboard and flooded it in oobleck. It is so mushy in fact, that sometimes keys even stick. But I think that is due to it still being brand new. The more I use it, the more the stickiness slowly lowers. but still, my B key has stuck multiple times already. I like the LED indicators on this keyboard, and it is light weight. I think you will either LOVE or HATE this keyboard depending on your preference on how you like your keys. If you are a gamer, stay away at all costs. If you're just gonna use the keyboard for everyday typing for class and work like me, it should be fine but it takes some getting used to. If you are a writer, journalist, or anything that takes extensive typing all day, you might like this, but I do suggest looking elsewhere.Bottom line:I love the mouse. No complaints there except that I wish it used a AA battery instead of AAA. The keyboard....Im still not sure how I feel about it. Its not bad. It works. But it feels very weird and Im still getting used to it.

The keyboard and moused were both working fine until the USB stopped working and now I am not able to get a replacement USB to make the keyboard or mouse work. Very disappointing.
