I wanted to take this long term for the increased energy levels specifically, and the weight loss/decreased cravings were just a bonus. However, it made my anxiety so bad I couldn't sleep. I was VERY jittery while taking these. So anyone with anxiety, take caution when taking these. I really do appreciate the fact that these are organic and affordable!

Seems pretty good when I get up in the morning, as I can put off breakfast for quite awhile. Just wish it didn't have all that caffeine in it; I drink coffee, and try to watch my caffeine intake. I could not take these keytones in the afternoon, or I would not sleep at night.

Got to say I love the flavor and smell of the capsule but I love it more because its helping me Lose some weight. At least I dont feel bloated.

Great product. Good source of antioxidants and an extra boost in energy. Highly recommend.

These have added caffeine. So upsetting. Would be less upset if they actually provided the caffeine levels, but they don't. I won't even be trying these because of the unknown caffeine levels.
