Cakes: Cheesecakes– Step by Step Recipes of Decadent Cakes (Cookbook: Bake the Cake)

Bought this for a gift. The first cheesecake made was a mess, my son followed the directions completely. Whether that was the cookbook or the novice baker, we don’t know but we ended up throwing it down the garbage disposal. Sorry to say that, and I hope others have better luck.

I can't wait to try at least two of them, using low fat products.If pictures were included I know it's be a top seller.Other works by the author are listed at the end along with a message from the author, asking for a review.

Very easy to follow and no steps are left out of the recipes.

I like all the recipes in the book but dislike the fact there’s no pictures for any of the recipes. I’d like to at least see a comparison to what I’m baking. Disappointed.

Zero pictures. I assume the errors and missing ingredient amounts are multiple copy paste errors. How much vegetable oil is in the cake part of the black forest cheesecake? I guessed 1/2 cup. It was powder without oil. Had to add at the end. Guessed at when to add the cocoa. I'll know tomorrow if the cake is rock.

This is awful!!!! The ingredients lists don't match the recipes!!! Awful!!!

Don't care for the layout of the book, or the authors use of terminology.
