2-Year DOP - Musical Instruments/Electronics Replace + ADH Plan Under $200

If you notice, none of the previous reviewers have had to use the plan. I tried and they don't pay. I purchased this for a trumpet about two years ago. The trumpet was damaged before the 2 years expired. It has taken at least a month to get any help and the process going to fulfill the warranty that I paid for. I am not happy with this company. My son has been waiting a month to get this resolved. We send info and wait. I have to also resend info to get a response. Am hoping that Smart Guard will fulfill the terms of their agreement but for now it has been a hassle. Don't go with this group--as a person who tried to use them, they do not fulfill their agreement.

I haven't had to use it yet. The contract seems to cover any issues that could come up with the snare drum kit.

I didn't need to use it yet, but its nice to know we have some coverage if something happens with your product.
