Works very well with the Icom IC-7100.
This is an upgrade to the stock mic.Worth every penny.A bit bigger and heavier than the stock mic, in a good way. Feels solidly built.The PTT button is silky smooth.If you own a 7100, just get this mic. I bumped the mic gain to 90%, with no clipping on my audio.

Great replacement for the HAM radio mics from ICOM.
Ordered this to replace my ICOM HAM Radio mics since the push to talk button was working intermittent due to cheap Chinese parts. The commercial grade is 100% better than the amateur grade and works 100% without modifications on the ICOM IC-208H, IC-2820, and the new IC-7100 radios. Just plug and play.
