Good quality but doesn't fit newer controllers
As you can see in my pictures, I have a newer Xbox 20th anniversary controller and the battery packs do not fit the controller, the tabs on the battery pack are wider than the tab holes on the controller. My friend also has the same product and he ended up cutting the top two tabs off of the battery pack. I might do the same but it would be nice if the battery packs were updated, If they were I would buy them no problem, it is great quality for the price.

Isn’t compatible with Elites
Great looking wireless charger. Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. Little did I know there are different kinds for the Xbox series. He has elite controllers for his Xbox S. He set it up and the batteries don’t fit. We can’t even figure out how to disassemble it so I can return it. Does anyone know how??Besides that flaw it’s a great, stylish wireless charger ☺️

Does NOT fit new Xbox one x controllers.
Does not fit latest generation Xbox series x controllers. I have two blue controllers these won't fit.

Good on battery life
The batteries do last a lot longer and it’s easy to charge them

Having a great time with this product.
Great charger system. Batteries magnetically attach to charging cradle, and can be charged attached or unattached to the controller. I can easily fit my controllers in the charge cradles, but mileage may vary for third party or Elite controllers. Also there is no wall AC adapter. It comes with a mini-USB to USB power cord, which you can plug directly into the Xbox One for power or buy a wall plug if not ideal.

Great Customer Support
I ordered two of these for my 12 yo & 13 yo boys. The picture does not do them justice! Super sleek looking. Had no issue snapping the stand on the base. However I did have a problem with 2 of the battery packs. One set had curved prongs and the other had straight prongs. I couldn't get the curved ones to snap in place. Contacted their customer support and they told me they would send a new set and not to worry about returning the others. 3 days later not only did they send me a new set of batteries they sent me another charging station. I will be buying more of their products! Not only because they work great but because of their A++ customer service.

Don't just shove in the remotes
The stand is great for charging and the lights on it allow for knowing when it needs charging or it is charged. Great in a dark room as well, because most remotes are black. I hate having to go turn a light on, then come back, fit it in, then go and turn the light off again. Lining up the charging port isn't hard, but you just can't callously jam it in over and over until you find the spot. As long as the owner lines it up gently, this piece will last a long time. Loved it so much my other step-son got one for his room.
