Bought 4 months back. Still no one had attended
Bought 10 days back. Still no one had attended. The Technician closed the installation request without calling me saying " Customer had installed on his own". I doubt this will continue at service time also. Please don't prefer this brand.15MAY20Very worst customer care you would have seen in the world... You will regret in case if you face problem. It's about 4 months and still there problem is not resolved for the brand new chimney. Still not used for 1sec...

Waste product.Dummy customer service
Stop working just after 1 month , I have been following for warranty from past 10 days ,no one is there to listen.Pathetic service.I am spending 2500 on this even this product is in warranty only because there is no one there to listen.
