Barron's GED Flash Cards: 450 Cards to Help You Earn a Ged Crds Edition

This set of flash cards is very impressive and complete. They include a little ring so that you can pull out different sections to go through, clip them together with the ring, and none of them will get lost. Then when you're ready for the next section, you pull the cards and put the ring through them, and you're good to go.My dad, who was very education oriented and had his master's degree, taught me to study using flash cards from the time I was in elementary school, so I'm a big proponent of them. I didn't know I was Asperger's then, but looking back, it was probably the most important element of being able to progress because it broke everything down into smaller pieces and wasn't as overwhelming as a large textbook was. My son is also Asperger's and these will be a life-saver in helping to break things down into smaller pieces for him to help keep him from getting overwhelmed. We received the study guide first and he almost fainted until I showed him these flash cards that had arrived already.I have my son go through the flash cards of a subject that is on the test so we can see where his weaknesses are, then go through the chapter in the book, and then go through the flash cards again. Once he moves on to the next chapter, he can review the past chapters very easily and quickly with the flash cards so he can retain what he has learned in the past while he's moving forward. The practice tests in the book are great, but you can only use them so many times before they get memorized because of the redundancy. It's just a natural to do that. But these flash cards make it easy to shuffle the questions so that it's a more effective barometer of where the student stands, and then the practice tests can be used once the student feels ready to take the plunge and see where they stand test-wise.I would highly recommend these.

Got these flash cards for my nephew so he could have an added tool while studying for his GED. He finds these flash cards very helpful and handy. He can take a section to work and review while on break. It's helped him focus and gain confidence that he will actually be successful in getting his GED. He's using these flash cards along with the Cracking the GED 2013 (College Test Preparation) book. Would highly recommend these cards to anyone needing an added review and study aid.

I'm VERY happy with Barron's GED flash cards! Mine came brand new in shrinkwrapping. Flawless product! Some of the users say a few cards have spelling errors, so just get out a pen and fix that. But out of 450 cards I've been extremely happy with this study tool. The cards have a very nice amount of information and explanations. I'm using these cards to refresh my education before going back to school. This is for WAY more than a GED!

These cards get right to the point theres not alot of needless reading. I choose a subject hook them to the metal ring that comes with them throw them in my purse and pull them out ware ever I go. Break time,lunch,the doctors office no more excuses not to study. There Great!

Got this for a family member and it did wonders for them. This is a great tool for fast and steady preparation for the GED test. I highly recommend it for anyone taking or preparing for the GED. I also recommend it for any child in middle school grades and higher as a tool to prepare them for future testing.

MY BROTHER USED THEM TO STUDY HE LOVED THEM AND ..... THEY PACKAGE THE CARDS INTO SECTIONS , THE BOX IS ACTUAL A FILE BOX FOR THE CARDS.... AND THE CARDS HAVE A LITTLE HOLE IN THE CORNER AND THEY INCLUDE A RING SO U CAN PUT WHAT EVER CARDS YOU WANT IN IT!!!!! VERY NICE !!!!

These are a must if studying for the GED. I bought these along with the study guide that goes with them. I bought both for my husband to use to help him study. He would take the flash cards to work to read during his lunch and break times.
