Por el momento no le puedo dar mi opinion respecto al resumtado porque apenas llevo una semana de tmarmelo pero hoy me puse a contar los trozos de la raiz y estoy desepcio ada solo trae para dos mese y medio y la mayoria de los trozos son demaciados chicos que pienso no cuentan como una porcion espero y me dejen saber si una porcion mediana hace el mismo efecto qye las porcio es chiquitas que la verdad son al mayoria

Tik tok made me buy it. I started taking this 5 days ago. I am also doing an OMAD diet. The first day there was no difference, but by day 2 after my dinner (it’s about to get tmi) I had to run to the restroom. I noticed that after my one meal a day I have to make a run for it. I hadn’t experienced the bloating or gas that some people had mentioned until day 4 so I decided to start taking it every other day.Update: didn’t help me loose weight but sure empties me out after a meal. The sideffect will last a few days after your last dose. Will not be taking again.
