Q: How does the sizing work?

I ordered a small and I have a size 6 wrist. It's a tad big on me. Would be comfortable on a size 7+ wrist.

Q: are the holograms actually in the band where light can pass through, or just labels or plastic on outside of band?

They are just labels kind of like a sticker is what I thought they were when I first got it but I believe they are plastic

Q: Explain why and how it works please

it doesn't work. My husband and I wore our bands steady for 3 months; day and night. Neither of us noticed any difference in how we felt or how we moved. We both exercise and hoped the bands would assist with our growing list of aches due to age. waste of money

Answer here...When I first started wearing my band they also came in pendants on a necklace. I am not sure if they still make that format of this but it could be worth checking into.
