More like a top coat than a wear alone polish
If you like this polish, as all Orly polishes, it's great and long lasting; however, it's more like a top coat than a regular color. I expected a purple base with glitter in it but, as far as I can tell, it's a clear base with glitter. I like it but just not what I expected.
