Design fault
This exercise wheel has three 0.5 x 10 cm slots on the running surface. Hamster’s little feet can easily step into one of these slots while running and get badly hurt. For sure I will not let my hamsters use this wheel. I’m returning it.

I would say this product is ok. I fear my hamsters legs are going to get stuck in the cracks and it takes up way too much space in the cage. For new hamster owners, I would recommend the habritrail ovo club trainer.

This is an 8 inch wheel and I’m sure dwarf hamsters are like 1”. PAY ATTENTION
The media could not be loaded. This wheel is great. All my cagesAre made by kaytee bc the habitrail cages are awful and way too small. But I keep getting this wheel. It would have great reviews bc it has a lip on the outside to help hams keep their balance on the wheel but people DONT EVER PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This is NOT FOR DWARF HAMSTERS! OBVIOUSLY!IT MEASURES 8INCHES! Ugh.

The wheel is nice and near quiet however there are open dashes on the inside and it's not safe for dwarf robos, maybe it would be okay for teddy hamsters.
