Venture off busy paths in these men's trail running shoes. They're made of sturdy ripstop fabric with a synthetic underlay to support lateral movement. Pillow-like cushioning provides comfort with every step, and the rugged outsole helps you keep your grip on uneven terrain.

Size DOWN at least 1/2
This is not a shoe review. I just got them. It's an Adidas sizing review.Pictured are ten right shoes, all Adidas size US 10.5. The longest one in the middle are these Kanadia trail. This is actually my 3rd pair from the Kanadia line. The foot-bed is almost an inch longer than all the other Adidas shoes I have.Plan accordingly.

True to size!!!
I read some reviews after I had already placed the order stating this shoe runs large, which made me think I had to send them back for a smaller size. Someone even said about an inch longer. Well, yes, if the shoe is measured at the outsole it is longer than the average shoe but only because of the protruding heel. The fit inside the shoe is absolutely true to size. I cannot remember the last time I purchased a pair of Adidas; maybe 20 years ago or so, as I have been more of a Nike customer. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent value for the money
Not sure why some buyers have found it too large? It fits true to the size for me in size 10.The bottom out-sole is really grippy and heavily lugged that provides excellent traction. The insole provides a great cushion and absorbs a lot of shock. And my most favorite part is the padding inside the soft collar all around the ankle.Seriously, for $30, if you don't like this shoes, you need help.I am buying a second pair for backup.

Runs large, but decent shoe
I wear a 12 or 12.5 normally in Asics. These Adidas fit me perfect at 11.5. Wore them on long hike of moderate difficulty over a lot of rocks. My feet felt comfortable, no pain. They performed surprisingly well for not being a high end trail shoe. Have very good grip and are light. I wouldn't use them for serious trail running though. Not enough protection in sole/toe. These also don't breath very well. I picked them up under $40, so a solid shoe at that price.

Fit great
I had a pair of Adidas Thrasher. Very uncomfortable. Wore them two and a half years and suffered everyday I had them on. The Adidas Kanadia were great out of the box. I'm going to buy another pair so I have them in another two and a half years.

Great for Budget Spartan Runners
I ran my first Spartan race this summer (Sprint). I was not about to spend over $100 for a pair of shoes that I was potentially going to destroy. So I purchased these as an affordable alternative. I was not disappointed in the slightest. I completed the race without even thinking about the shoes. They held up very nicely and I have used them since for mowing the lawn, hiking, and plan on using them again for my next Spartan. Highly recommended.

Best walking half marathon shoe EVER
Perfect.I purchased these shoes for a purpose outside the design of the shoe, half marathon. Ive worn running shoes by Adidas and one pair from Asics... but will compare to... other Adidas running shoes in price range $30 - $80 purchase price... not so much retail price. I think I have a pair with a SRP of $150 but I paid 70. Anyway... recent pairs... not much support in the foot. I have plantar and other issues... where I need foot support not just arch. At 13.1 miles... my feet were aching within the first third. Which makes the race very tough. I bought these trail shoes for the total foot support. These are great. I bought extra size to allow for swelling. This extra size would be perfect for hiking a mountain too. Pretty mean looking shoe too

Do not buy
I have a few pair of Adidas running/trail shoes. They are comfortable, and fit me well. I always have multiple pairs of shoes for "every day use" in addition to shoes for hiking, sports, and so on. These were going to be a pair that I wear for "every day use" So I'd wear them once or twice a week. The first time I wore these shoes there seemed to be a lot of pressure on the ball of my foot. I figured maybe the shoes needed to break in, so I tightened up the laces and pushed through. I wore them a hand full of times after that, but they only got worse. Adidas have always fit me well and been comfortable, from cleats, running shoes, or just casual shoes. I've owned between 40-50 pair in my life with no issue. Something wasn't quite right.I looked up the model on the Adidas web site and saw a few minor differences between what was shown online (same pictures as the Amazon listing) and what I had in my hand. The Traxion logo on the bottom is red on the Adidas site, it was the same color as the rest of the sole on the pair I had. The material on the upper heal on the shoes I had did not match what was shown. Not sure if these are actually Adidas, or just uncomfortable knock offs at this point.I returned them, unfortunately had to pay $6 for shipping. But I couldn't stand to put them on my feet again. My family goes through a lot of shoes, and I've purchased quite a few from Amazon. Not sure if I'll ever do it again.

Great shoe
Great fit. Comfortable and supportive for sprint sessions on grass and longer runs on tarmac. Another good Adidas shoe.
