KILZ TRIBUTE Paint & Primer, Interior, Color Sample, Almost Aqua, 8 Ounces

I love the color I chose which was pine. It covered well and looks great on the piece I painted. The color turned out slightly different than I expected, but it looks great.

60 years of painting and this is the nicest stuff I’ve ever used. Such a professional-looking finish. I’m impressed. Goes on like a dream.

I moved into an older home. It was built in the 70s and hadn't been updated. Im on a budget so I figured I'd paint instead of replace. I was able to do my entire vanity in the small bathroom with a sample size! It covers great and the color is very pretty. The first one I received was bad. They sent me a new one right away. Great product. I also got a green sample and mixed it with another green I had to do the walls. I wish I would have just used this their green. It was very pretty. Great coverage with both samples! I'm going to buy another one to have for touch-ups

seem to have less coverage than behr per sqft, dried quickly, painted an old bookcase with it, sadly it scratched a few places when putting books back in the case after letting it dry 2 days, could be user error because I didnt think I needed to sand were it was primer and paint, becareful with that, I probably should of tested an area, either way the color was perfect, spot on from the pic, sample size finished probably 20 sqft maybe 17sqft, a good choice BUT not worth the gallon price. 8oz for $5 ok but the gallon is overpriced for what it is.

I ordered this color and paint to create my own chalk paint to refinish a small cabinet project. The color is true to the color you on the order and it was really easy to use and mix up for my chalk paint. It has pretty good coverage so far after one coat, but I’m going to let it dry before adding another coat. The 8 ounce container it came in is perfect for me, I take out what I need and close up the rest for easy storage in my small workspace. The package arrived secure and packed tight, there was no paint leakage or waste when it arrived. I ordered two and will definitely order more colors, good for the price.

I have used this KILZ paint for several projects over the years, cabinets, trim, walls. I find it adheres nicely and dries to a lovely finish. The sample size will cover enough area to realistically show how each project will look. Alas, the sample I received today was not tinted BUT I will find a use for the white base because I love working with this paint. I plan to order again!
