Super light & super tough
The knife has great edge retention and is super comfortable in hand.

Charming, great value.
This knife is cool. I like the green, will have to do until I can afford something in ghost jade. I already have a red one.I find the unground black portion very appealing (charming). I also like the patina effect after using it with food, or misting it with vinegar (in a spray bottle). A little weird for pocket carry due to the protruding tang. Sharpness is good upon arrival, not great. Not shaving sharp, but hardly dull. I prefer this over an Opinel, because the plastic is unaffected by humidity, and you can adjust the tension of the opening and closing.

Wicked sharp and holds a good edge!
Holds a good edge. Easy to use one handed.

Can't go wrong with this pocket knife.
If this was my only pocket knife; I would never complain. This should be anyone's first pocket knife btw. More reliable than any spyderco or Benchmade pocket knife if you apply lock-tight to the screws.

It's big
The knife is pretty large. If you're looking for a knife to carry in your pockets you might want to check out the mini peasant knife. Other than that I have zero complaints. It is a useable design.

Good quality knife with out breaking the bank.
I love the Svord Peasant knife, so much so this was my replacement for the one that was my EDC for the last few years. The Peasant knifes blade is made from good easily sharpened steel and the the knife scales do what their supposed to do. The Svord Peasant isn't a show piece it is a handy ultra functional large blade pocket knife.

... than I expected it to be but still a pretty sweet simple knife
It's a little bigger than I expected it to be but still a pretty sweet simple knife.

Absolute garbage blade, when it came in there were chunks ...
Absolute garbage blade, when it came in there were chunks missing from the blade, and the metal seems absurdly soft. I spent about 2 hours on a stone and finally got all of the chunks out and the edge reasonably sharp, but do not waste your time or money, go buy a Ganzo knife instead, same price range and infinitely better, so much sharper and a better blade. Skip this garbage and buy a Ganzo if you want a cheap knife.
