Excellent for travelling or for a small amount of garments at home.
I bought Beldray BEL01608 Foldable Clothes Steamer to enable me to quickly steam garments when needed, and so far so good.It is easy to assemble and fill, and heats up quickly. The steam is great and manages to get a garment wrinkle free within a few minutes.I know this would be a good item for travelling, however due to the weight of my suitcase this was one of the items to be left behind. One negative is the length of cord, which depending on where you are able to hang the garment can prove problematic, although it is a 1.9m, a slightly longer cord would allow for better reach.

Hand held steamer
Brilliant steamer for travel or removing crease’s from few items .Easy to use and does the job . Only downside is doesn’t last long enough to steam more clothes . If it did I’d use it more often.

Great for natural fabrics which crease easily.
I am so pleased with this. It's not a replacement for ironing , but I wear a lot of linen, cotton and viscose all of which crease easily, and this removes the creases well.. Lightweight , quick and easy to use. Ideal too if I just want to smarten up something that has become creased from being squashed together with other garments in the wardrobe. Or to take creases out from a dress after I have been sitting down .. It's basic, but that's what I wanted.I place the garment on a flat ironing mat on my bed or hang the garment on a hanger over the door. Both methods work well if I don't want to get the ironing board out and the ceramic sole-plate enables the steamer to glide smoothly over the fabric. . A great addition to keeping my clothes looking good. (And I planted a tree too.)

Works but bulky
I got this to take on holiday so we didn't have to iron our clothes. It works well and does the job but it is a bit bulky for what it is. Not bad though. Easy to use and easy to fill up

Defective and dangerous.
Please do not buy this item. This item arrived today, whilst steaming a jacket I noticed that the handle started to get very hot Very fast, within a matter of seconds the handle was so hot I had to throw the steamer on to the kitchen worktop, but the damage was already done and resulted in blisters to my thumb and palm, the steamer then started making a clicking sound so unplugged immediately.Having read and followed all the operating instructions, I was really shocked angry and in some pain. Immediately contacted amazon uk and to sorry, we will reimburse you for the steamer and give you a goodwill payment of £10. Because, and I quote, they are not responsible for defective products which result in injury, but as ot the 1st September 21, amazon are now held responsible for compensation, up to £1000. I am waiting for email address of head office, which was told would be sent Immediately, so far nothing received.Update 24hrs later, no email address, and item still on sale at amazon uk when I was told it would be removed because it is faulty/dangerous. !!Update, 36hrs later, still no email address and item still on sale.!!!

Great steamer!
The media could not be loaded. I really love this. Heats up super quickly. Does the job. A longer lead would have been handier but if you’re just doing garments hung up etc it’s great.

lots of steam
It makes a lot of steam, so that is good. Not so good is the steam coming out of a few nozzle holes only, so when moving down over the fabric you get it steamed on lines, and then you start going crossways and X ways and ... have then the cloth quite wet. In a case you cannot iron it up, because that was the prupose, NOT to use a steam iron! That means, prepare your clothes long enough before you want to wear them, so they have time to steam out and dry up.Would I consider it as a tool? Not really, my lady wanted it, and now its laying around there ... For me it works (technically), I could use it, but don't need it ...This steamer can only be used on hanging clothes, not flat instead of iron on an ironing board. Because of that there is not much pressure on the fabric, presssing it flat (unlike an iron). And I would NOT recomment to hang cloths on a door and press it there with all that steam ... you may end up with the paint on your cloth or the door damaged, or both ...I tried different fabrics, for some it works fine, others not. Point is, after steaming it and pulling it flat ... it rumpels back if the stretching is relieved to early.Nothing wrong with it, I am just not a fan of such "tools".
