Solid amp. I have three of them for home theater, and needed something that could drive large Martin Logan electrostatics well (Ascent's). This amp can seemingly handle the very low impedance at high frequencies, even at high levels. The 4 channel configuration of the amps allow easy biamp setup. Stereo image became much more transparent, much better than when I was using decent class A/B amps. I set the levels on this amp at 3oclock, and audessey calibration still knocked off a couple of dB's. Compared to other amps where audessey would have to add around 4dB when levels were set to max. A great sign that they might actually deliver close to what they say they can. Get some speakon connectors, since no binding posts. I personally like them better. A lot cleaner. Bridge mode will require rewiring to use 1+ and 2+. But I'm suspecting this is "common"? Possibly a pain for DJs when pulling cables out of a box to use, but I'm only hooking it up basically once. I'm planning on updating this review with internal pictures. But I am suspecting good construction and quality. The exterior is made to a better quality level. And there's a good amount of heft. Fans are audible at all times, which I could understand since the design might have actually gone through some engineering and reliability testing. Perhaps actually verified to run flat out at an outside venue on a hot day. But given the quality of sound, it would have been nice for them to consider home theater applications and used temperature controlled fans. Who knows, maybe they are temperature controlled already, and what I'm hearing is their "cold" speed. Perhaps the fans can get to rack server levels when they need to....we will see when I get the internal pics. I'm planning on replacing the internal fans, since even at my heaviest of usage, it is like 30% of what these things are [possibly] designed to do.

Took a chance on the Musysic MU-D9600. I bridged it to 2 channel, to drive my bass bins. My impedance on both channels are at 4 ohms. I was pleasantly surprised how easily this thin amplifier pushed my 5000 watts speakers. Now. Even though the manufacturer professed 2x9600, it will not give that. I suspect more like 2x3000 peak, which is still not bad at this price. Time will tell with little amp, so far so good.

I'm using this 4 channel amplifier to drive passive monitor speakers. The value pricing made it a winner. If a volume knob is advanced past the 9 o'clock angle, then a whine from the switching power supply becomes obvious. So I keep each volume knob just below this point. The mixing console is able to send enough signal through this amplifier for acceptable monitor usage.

Normally I use a Crown XTi 6002 for Bass, I changed it to this Amp and the results are awesome. Presently I'm waiting for it to be back in stock so I can order two more.

Would have given 5 stars if they advertised the actual realistic wattage. 9600w is a joke. It’s the peak wattage at 2ohms if you combine the value of all channels in bridge mode which is basically a regular 2-channel amp (which doesn’t make sense in real world usage). Why would anyone use a 4-channel amp in double bridge mode? That’s what regular 2-channel amps are for. If you’re using four 8ohm speakers, they’re each getting 300w rms. That’s a realistic spec. Ignore the peak values. That’s just marketing hype. They really don’t mean anything when you have all your gear setup and playing music. The amp sounds fine. I have a unique setup. I use pioneer s-fl1 flat panel speakers paired with EV SB122 12” subs. I also have Peavey PR12 speakers. I tested the amp with different speaker/sub setups for about four hours. Everything sounds fine. Each knob has a different stiffness. Channel B gets really hard to turn at the 2oclock position. Quite annoying but I can live with it.

I don’t give 5 stars ever so 4 will do. I have been doing a concert series with the two channel and 4 channel in a rack. Mains are JBL MRX 515 and monitors are a Frankensteined Rockville 12” cabinet. Though I have amps with bigger power these have preformed above my expectations. So far my artist have been Grammy nominees. I’ve know them for a few years and they are knowledgeable about good sound. They were happy. The only issue I have is the cooling fans failing. I changed my 2 channel out with a different brand name and they have worked great. There is a summer of work ahead so we shall see. Peace
