we have several of these toys for our pup, none of them have been destroyed yet! Wish the squeakers were easier to make squeak in this ball , but other than that, love these toys.

Amazing cute toys for dogs that tears up everything .. this has proven to hold up well.

I got this for my German Shepherd and he loves it! I love that it can be both a chew toy and works as a ball as well. Very tough material, but also soft at the same time. He always destroys toys in a matter of days, but this has lasted beyond that. It has the monster face on both sides which makes it nice. Definitely worth buying their products and know that they will last.

Not at all durable or tough. I have attached a picture of the murderer himself. He is a 20 pound Boston terrier that somehow manages to destroy any soft toy yet made. It barely made it the full day of play before it was in the trash. I can't imagine what a super strong animal would do.

My dog demolishes almost any toy I give her. She still does a number on this one, but it stands up better than any other on the market. I have to hand patch it with an upholstery needle and heavy cord every now and then (she has two now and they both look like the Frankenstein Monster). Every now and then, I just throw them in the washer and dryer and they clean right up. This toy is as durable as I've found, but still squishy and soft for chewing and glomming.

Has been a pretty strong toy. Will purchase again. My dog loves it.

I like the Tuffy's because my guy will play with the out cover of the toy for months after getting out all of the stuffing. As i've said before, given fingers he would have made an incredible hacker always looking for and finding the vulnerability. It's incredible how much stuffing he pulled out of that mouth. 3 months later he is still playing with the remains which at this point are relegated to the back yard.

I always buy the Tuffy toys and they are great. On this one my dog did rip the teeth out right away but the rest of the ball is still in tact.

I love the tuffy toys as they have such longevity. I have spaniels who go into auto-destruct mode when they see a soft toy and can strip a standard pet shop presentation in five minutes flat, which is a waste of money.Tuffy toys are different. Yes, the dog CAN get through them, but oh does it take them a lot of time. Once the dog has destuffed the toy in part, I simplyhadn them back the remains, which then go on to last MONTHS.One of the nicer things about them is their appearence, and the fact that they are so highly visible with the bright colours that the humans do not trip over them as they do with the carpet-coloured bones and chews......Highly reccomended for all dogs small and large.This particular toy is about 11cm across, the size of a jumbo tennis ball.

Speedy delivery by Amazon of this product and our first impressions were, that it looked well made.However, given that this product has an 8 out of 10 "Tuff" rating, frankly, I was expecting something which would last our crazy JR a decent while... Particularly, insofar that it was sized for medium/large dogs, (our JR is short legged).Sadly, no... 12 minutes of chewing and he was into the the stuffing... :-(If you have a strong chewer, IMO, you will be wasting your money.

Just in response to the first review, I think it is buried pretty deep, but our Alien Dog Ball just arrived yesterday and is being played with by a very strong-jawed Doberman. It definitely has a squeaky in it, but I wonder if it only squeaks in response to a very strong bite. Perhaps the previous reviewer's dog is more soft-mouthed than a Doberman. Meanwhile, my dog is really enjoying it.

The dog loves it but this is the 2nd one we've had. They don't last all that long before rips appear (just days) but even then it doesn't seem to fall apart completely for a while after.

Doesn't have a squeaky in it that I can find and I think the description says it does ... still fun!
