Uniden BBTY0504101 Model BT446 Nickel Metal Hydride Rechargeable Cordless Phone Batteries (Pack of 6) for use with T94 Series, TWX977 and WXI977 Cordless Phones

I have 8 handsets operating from one uniden base. the 6-pack renewed all the ailing ones. it is true these are approx 3/4 the length of the original ones, but it's no big deal. these very likely are actual uniden parts-- uniden just changed to smaller ones at one point. my batch all read 2011, so they are 7 years old despite being brand new. (no evidence of previous use-- the wires were perfectly straight, no blemishes anywhere)If any degrade prematurely, I'll just switch handsets so the least frequently used ones get the worse batteries. Considering my handsets come from 2 uniden base packages + 1 handset pack (3 + 3 + 2), this was a cheap fix. BTW, the originals still had 3 working handsets after over 10 years, 1 that would work 40 minutes before needing charge. So I'm all set for another decade unless these degrade much faster, which I don't expect.

This is the second time I ordered these batteries. The first time half the batteries were dead and those that did charge did not make it very long. I haven't had time to go out and buy these at Batteries Plus so I thought I would give it another shot. Package arrived. I installed in one phone, was going to let it charge for 24 hours. I looked at phone, and the message on phone was "Low Battery". That was yesterday, today it is dead. Returning, and will go to Batteries Plus. Seems like everyone of these on Amazon has horrible reviews.

First of all, when I ordered 6 of these batteries last February, the page stated they were OEM (Uniden) batteries (which at the time of writing this review they're still stating this item is OEM). The brand of batteries we received is labeled "EBL" - they're NOT OEM Uniden batteries!I finally got around to replacing the worn-out batteries in our phones with these replacement batteries. After less than a month of use, they no longer held a charge & the phones quit working after 4-5 minutes. What a waste of money. Avoid these at all costs.

NOT genuine OEM as stated multiple times in the item title and description! Ordered a pack of 6 and received a box with individually wrapped batteries but no idea of quality and they are not manufactured by BYD nor does it state Uniden or even a manufacturing batch date code. So no way of knowing if these are 6 month or 6 years old etc.Specifically ordered looking for genuine Uniden OEM after having past issues and the last one from BYD lasted 4-5 years heavy use. Never overheated etc.Discounted that this was also flagged as being Amazon recommended yet what I received is not what was advertised/described.Maybe someone else has received the same and didn't bother with return? Read of others who received something different and they lasted only a few months.

These 800 mAh batteries only lasted 16 months in my 9 Uniden handsets before the call duration was down to 15 minutes before the handset began beeping. Other brands previously lasted over 3 years, but I don't know what brand they were. I just replaced them all with EBL brand 1000 mAh batteries. Hopefully they will last longer.

I was pleased to find this product to replace batteries in my aging phone system. I had replaced them several years ago at a high cost but when I found these at a wonderful affordable price, I snatched them up. They were only half charged at purchase but a quick few hours on the phone chargers and they were 100%. I am very pleased with these batteries which helped me to avoid a complete phone system replacement. Highly recommend.

We haven’t had these batteries that long so I can’t vouch for the life of the battery itself. We were impressed they were available for our old landline and at a reasonable price.

When I ordered these batteries I read several of the reviews from previous customers. Several indicated that the battery packs were smaller than their original batteries and after a few months the batteries failed. I opened my phones to see if the batteries in my phone looked like the picture and they did. To my surprise I received these batteries with this same model number but to my surprise these are not the batteries in my phone. In fact, they are smaller and do not fit well into my phones. I inserted 2 new battery packs into 2 of my phones because they were not holding their charge when the phone was off the hook. By the way I had these batteries in my phones for the past 2 years and they operated fine until they started going down after being off the hook for about a 30 minute conversation. We will see how long they last but I am terribly disappointed that I did not receive the items as advertised.
