JJC Lens Tripod Mount Ring Collar for Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L Lens, White

Picked this up for my Canon EF 70-200 f/4 and have been very impressed with the quality so far. Fit and finish are excellent. It is not OEM, but honestly feels much closer to OEM quality than expected. The inner padding is done well, the hardware feels solid and positive, and the threads are smooth and clean without roughness or binding. The hinge design also appears very sturdy. The hinge pin looks like stainless steel and the whole collar feels rigid and confidence-inspiring once mounted. Locks securely, mounts into the tripod head cleanly, and overall feels like a solid piece of kit rather than a cheap accessory.

I needed a lens mount for some events I'll be shooting. I needed to be able to switch from portrait to landscape quickly. It is pretty stable and steady and doesn't switch position that easily so I used a piece of paper towel and cut it out to the width of the ring and then tightened it up and now I can easily swivel from portrait to landscape. But the product is good. Works fine

This is made of plastic instead of metal but for the great price I think it more than exceeds expectations.

Save money for other camera gear and BUY this over OEM. Sure its made of ABS plastic, but unless you beat the pants off your equipment, it's well made and fits securely on my 70-200mm f4 IS without rattle. Matches the lens as well and I have zero complaints. I've owned all OEM in the past and I'll save my money now knowing these are quite good for the price!

手持ちの場合、ズームとフォーカスリングの回転をスムーズに行えない。三脚リングを付けるとクリアランスが出来て操作が容易になる。出来るだけ軽量化したいので,このABS製のものを使用している。この目的としては最適であるが、三脚マウントとしては 締め付けが甘く、ブレの可能性がありお勧めできない。
