The vent dose not stay up
It gets cool. The vent that goes up and down does stay up and week later it broke

Not very well made
It worked ok for about 30 mins then it started leaking all over my desk and documents on it. The vents were also very loose on it so it was hard to keep it on the up position when it wanted to flop back down. It did get "cool" but not cold. It is definitely something that you have to keep near you in order for you to feel a difference.

Great unit!!
Great cool strong air comes out of unit. First product there were problems but AMAZON took care of everything. Amazon was amazing! This cooler is worth every cent!! I use in kitchen while cooking and I love it.

Doesn't cool unless it's directly on you.
I bought these for both of my bathrooms to help keep cool when our AC wasn't working. It's ok as long as it's directly on you, but my second one stopped working completely after about 2 weeks.

Bad product
This is the second one I have ordered from Amazon they are terrible this one came with all the vents in the front were off I had to replace them put them back in the holes where they belong it doesn't seem to cool like they claim to

Doesn't last
Bought 2 of these. One broke within a month. The circuit board actually started to smoke, so threw it out. The second one kind of works. It's supposed to be an evaporative cooler, but the water in the top never actually evaporates. I fill the tank and can run the thing for more than a day and the water level never changes. I ended up just dumping it out and not adding water. Using just the fan with a frozen filter does cool better than a regular fan, but wouldn't consider that to be worth the price, nor can I recommend it because who knows how long it will last.
