Fantastic wallet! Sad it has broken.
I am very happy with how this wallet has performed, the size and usability. It has been my favorite wallet I have ever owned! Sadly the clip on the inside that pushes the cards up broke and is no longer pushing out my cards. Not sure why this happened, didn’t drop, no change in the number or type of cards used since beginning use. I have and will continue to recommend this wallet!

Awesome quality, minimalist wallet.
Really like the wallet! It’s super minimalist so know that before buying it. Over all the materials are great, the build is solid and I really do think it’s worth the amount you put in. It’s so nice not to have a huge fat wallet in my back pocket anymore. It limits the amount of cards and cash you can carry but I like that.. it makes you re think what is important and even helps with budgeting as you can leave some of those easy to use credit cards at home. Also yes as the other reviewers mentioned the back two card slots are not as tight so cards may fall out, this does not bother me much though because as long as you’re not swinging the wallet around you’re fine. Edit: it’s now June 2021 so I’ve owned this wallet for almost 3 years now. Hands down the best wallet ever. It still looks great and it’s been through a lot in those 3 years! Great investment. Honestly I don’t think I’ll need another wallet for another 2 or 3 years unless I break this one somehow.

Cool option if you live a cashless life
In short, I think this is a really good wallet if you don't use or need to carry cash. The Parliment with the leather "case" is a nice touch, but you could probably get just as much utility out of the basic Ekster card holder. The card slot and ejection system is very cool and easy to use. When filling with the proper amount of cards I had to try very hard to fling the wallet around in such a way that cards fell out. The reason that I ultimately returned this wallet is that I am apparently a dinosaur who still uses cash and the cash band on this wallet just didn't do it for me. To start it is not the most secure method of holding cash -- you need a sizeable wad for it to be held securely. And as someone who used their last wallet for 10+ years before it fell apart, I want something that will last me another 10+ years. The elastic of the cash strap did not look or feel like it would last me 10 years, let alone 2-3. A few other things to note. The leather quality on here was just okay. Better than a lot of cheaply made leather goods, but not premium by any means. I am unsure how it would hold up over time and don't think you would ever get a patina or anything like you'd want out of a good quality leather item. The size of this wallet is great -- very small. However, due to the rigid structure of the card holder, it can sometimes be uncomfortable in a back-pocket. This is probably best as a front-pocket wallet.

Trash- terrible mistake- DO NOT BUY
First of all the wallet is much darker then the picture provided online showed. I can get over that. What I can’t get over is how the wallet does not shut. It doesn’t matter if I have 1 card or 6 cards it doesn’t shut, which is annoying. Next, if you shake it your cards will fall out. Leather quality isn’t the worst but I don’t get a quality feeling from it. The best quality of this product is unboxing it. The box is beautiful, the paper with their logo makes you feel like this is a premium product; well let me tell you IT isn’t! This is a dollar tree item in a Gucci dress. This product lacks quality, lacks functionality, and serves no other purpose except to lose your most valuable items. I’m not going to return this item. I’m going to sacrifice it. It’s getting burned. I’d throw it away, but I don’t want to insult garbage. The plastic trigger feels like second grade 10 cent book store knickknacks. It doesn’t actually cut down on that much space compared to a regular wallet. One positive this is the money strap does indeed securely hold a bill. It also looks nice. Everything else about this “wallet” is garbage and I’m pissed I wasted my money on this junk. I hope this company goes out of business for deceiving people with this high priced fecal matter. The stitching along the edges looks subpar and prone to ripping. Amazon should boot them off their website for selling this. Absolutely disgusted.

Great wallet for limited pocket space.
I have been hesitant to drop this type of money on a wallet, but I have no regrets. This is a great wallet for those who prefer to put theirs inside their front pocket like myself. The leather is quality and you can store 8 to 10 cards comfortably. There is also a band inside for a few cash bills, but I prefer the outside pocket on the back since I didn’t purchase the version with the tracker (decided to use an apple air tag for that). When using the card holder mechanism, a combination of embossed and non-embossed cards are best. After experimenting, I found that six cards in that combination provides the best balance between keeping the cards snug while still being able to smoothly eject them. Several hard shakes will still make it possible for them to begin to creep out, but what would you expect. I did a few drop test, and trust me, your cards will not fly all over the place over an accidental drop. I will provide an update in a few months for durability, but for those that carry a minimum amount of cash and want a more sophisticated wallet over the ultra minimal ones that are basically two pieces of metal attached by a band, this wallet is excellent. If all goes well, I will buy a few more color ways.

Love it but it broke
I got this wallet after tons of research between different small form wallets. This design and setup I thought was perfect for what I wanted in it. However, this past weekend I went to retrieve a credit card and the push out mechanism was broken. I managed to grab the very end of my cards and pull them out to find the actuator arm was in 2 pieces. Through normal wear and tear I figured this would last much longer than it did. The leather is still basically brand new looking too. I think this is a dead wallet now since I can't get my cards out. Be very gentle with it I guess.

15 cards? bulsнit.
I have been using this wallet for several months now. I can't compare it with similar wallets arranged on the same principle, since previously I used only regular wallets bought at a discount in Marshals. when compared with a regular wallet, Exter is definitely more convenient and looks unusual. I especially like the quick access compartment from which cards pop out when a key is pressed. The Exter looks like it can last me a couple of years like a normal wallet, which I'm generally happy with. Among the shortcomings, it can be noted that it is comfortable to carry no more than 2-3 paper bills with you. if you are a cash person then Exter will not suit you. the next drawback is that the wallet cannot fit MORE THAN EIGHT CARDS. MAXIMUM FIVE CARDS is placed in the quick access compartment, although the advertising video shows six cards in the compartment, which is actually a lie! in addition to the five cards in the compartment, you have three more card pockets, two inside the wallet and one outside. in each of the pockets we can put ONLY ONE CARD! if you want to put more cards in there, it will look idiotic, spoil the look of the wallet and will be felt when the wallet is in a pants pocket. the same goes for trying to put a lot of cash inside. Well, the price seems a little high. I think that it costs no more than $50-60. I draw this conclusion - the wallet seems to be of good quality. fully performs its functions. but if you think that it can change the laws of physics and reduce the size of objects that get inside it, then you are mistaken. you won't be able to put inside everything that you used to carry with you in a regular wallet: ten credit cards, several membership cards, an ID card, a pilot's license, a thousand dollars in cash in small bills, a photo of children, a photo of a wife, a photo of a wife with children, a photo your dog, a photo of your wife with children and a dog, and the like. My rating is 4 and a half stars. but I will give three stars for the fact that the description of the wallet is not true.

Good but not as good as I hoped
After researching many options, I chose Ekster. First impressions where good, nicely packaged, it looks smart. The practical reality is less positive, out of the box the leather is slightly scuffed, I assume in manufacture, but not enough to send back (I assume it will get scuffed as I use it day to day). I can only fit 4 cards (safely) in the main compartment, 3 are embossed, one is not. I tried a 5th flat card but it was so tight I was worried I would break the mechanism. This means I have 1 card that is not protected. As others have mentioned, if you use both slots on the inside of the leather case for cards, the cover wont close (see photo). This is with 3 non-embossed cards on the inside and 2 on the outside slot. The leather hinge just needs to be a fraction longer so it can close better. At the end, it can take 9 cards in total (3 embossed, 6 flat) I still like the look of the wallet and will be road testing it for the next few weeks and can always revert back to my big, old wallet if required (much to the amusement of my friends!) Hope this is useful.

Three years...Still happy
One year update: Still very happy. Wallet still looks new. Mechanism still works perfectly. If you can live with just a few cards, an ID and maybe one or two bills max, you'll love this thing. This wallet is super comfortable in your front pocket. Using the card eject mechanism becomes almost automatic with a little muscle memory. It would be really hard to go back to a regular wallet. Original Review: We are going to start off at 5 stars and see how it goes. Initial impressions are very good. The leather is beautiful, feels good, smells good. The lift mechanism works smoothly. I particularly like the shape as it's extremely comfortable in my front pocket. I also like the pocket in the back that is free of the "ANTI-RFID" nonsense so I can put my metro pass in it and it reads through the leather. *SHORT RFID RANT* Nobody anywhere needs an anti-RFID wallet! Nobody anywhere has ever had their identity stolen from a wallet in their pocket while walking around. Years ago some students did a proof of concept under very specific conditions. It has never happened for real but spawned a billion dollar industry selling dumb products***END RANT*** This wallet is not a good choice if you use a lot of cash. I have my one "emergency ten dollar bill" under the strap and it's enough for the flap to stay partially open. Ekster says this improves as the wallet gets broken in. We'll see. Pay attention to how Ekster counts "embossed" and "non-embossed" cards differently. They give you a max number of un-embossed and then a 2nd number of "mixed" but no max number of embossed cards. I have 3 embossed cards and one un-embossed in the lift mechanism and it's pretty much maxed out. I can stuff one more un-embossed card in but it's so tight that all the cards lift as a solid block rather than fanning out. I'm ok with this since I was already carrying a minimalist wallet and the work of getting rid of the clutter has already been done. This wallet cost more than every other wallet I have ever owned combined. I'm expecting it to last for many years and will be very unhappy if it doesn't. I really had to hold my nose to do business with this company. Their warranty is garbage and the language makes it appear as though they are getting a large number of wallets sent back. I'm particularly worried that they put quality into everything you can see and touch but the hidden mechanism is plastic garbage. There are a LOT of YouTube videos showing wallets with busted mechanisms. If/when mine fails I will be doing a video of the autopsy and splitting that aluminum Case to get a look at the mechanism. For the price it should be made out of steel and ball bearings. **4 Month Update** Both the leather and the lift mechanism have held up well. It looks and works as good as it did on day one. I could never go back to a regular wallet. Very happy so far. **3 Year Update** Very happy. Still looks like new. Has acquired a very slight bend that makes it even more comfortable in my front pocket. Mechanism still works perfectly (I think it is very important not to stuff more cards into this mechanism than it can handle). I've carried it every day since I received it and it still looks like brand new. Living in a big city and traveling frequently, I feel way more secure with a wallet I can put in my front pocket. The mechanism is a life-changer. Couldn't live without it at this point. Five stars.

Cards fall out of wallet
Worked ok for 1 week then cards kept falling out if slightly shaken. Tried only inserting 3 cards but same thing. Complete waste of time don’t know if I got a did but would not recommend purchasing this brand
