Something was very wrong. The product look very good but on opening it absolutely did not smell right. We left it to air some 30/40 minutes at room temperature before tasting which was a very bab experience. It tasted very strongly of burnt plastic. We opened the second packet and found the same. Maybe something happened in transit I don’t know because it looked very good quality. Sadly inedible.

I bought my son this Spanish Serrano ham and he liked it very much. I will repeat the purchase. Somos españoles y agradecemos la venta de nuestro producto estrella en UK.

Disappointed because when in Spain I could not get enough of this delicacy.The sample I have just eaten with breadsticks was somewhat of a let down.Perhaps you have to be in Spain to get satisfaction in freshness and taste.I feel let down but more so disappointed.

A taste of Spain. Had a small tapas party and should have bought more! Delicious and would recommend and buy again

Never tasted Serrano like this before.It tasted more like that South African dry stuff you buy. Very rubbery and with a very strange taste. Have tried to contact the supplier and hopefully they will give me a replacement to try and this was just a one offIf that's the case I will review that product at a later date
