It is easy to use. Works well. It is durable. I have had it for years. It is light weight.

Broke in two pieces at the weld, weak welding.How can I email support? It’s supposed to have lifetime warranty. Does it cover head broke off at the weld?

Bought Radius Garden Fork to replace a popular "claw" type tool for working the soil in my raised beds. I needed something a little more substantial that would break up & work the soil deeper than the top 6". I saw a YouTube video with a couple tilling their raised beds using the Radius Garden Fork with what seemed like very little effort. Oh, I was green with envy and decided I really needed something like this!I read all the reviews of similar tools and made trips to big box garden/home stores as well as a few smaller speciality stores to see if I could find a good fork that would stand up to the work I do around here. The main issue I have experienced with garden tools is they either have a plastic handle that eventually breaks or the wood or fiberglass handle is low quality and eventually cracks. All the garden forks I found in the stores had flimsy plastic handles or cheaply made handles or the tines were just too flimsy.The Radius Garden Digging Fork had good reviews but I was unable to find one in any of the garden stores I visited so I held my breath and ordered from Amazon.The Fork arrived 2 days later in a huge box with minimal packaging. Just a little plastic sleeve to keep it from being scratched. It's lightweight but not flimsy at all, the right height for me (5'3") or my 6' tall husband to use comfortably, and is very well made. Square tines and a nice feeling handle. It has the overall feeling of a good, solid piece of equipment.The first test was breaking up the compacted, clay loam full of dead cover crop we added to a 10'x10' bed last year. We'd already used the claw type tool to break up and amend 2 other beds the same size and it took roughly 3 hours for each. We did the next bed with the Radius Fork in half that time with less effort than the claw type tool and was able to loosen the soil up a foot down! That was breaking the soil up, adding compost, working the soil to mix compost & break up clumps then turning dead leaves into the soil. We even went back over the previous two beds with the fork to loosen the soil up a little deeper.The Radius Fork worked like a dream! I think this will be great for breaking up soil for new in ground beds too. A little more effort than using a motorized tiller but it will be more precise and with less mess spread around.

I liked it at first but the handle is kind of awkward after awhile and it broke.

Bought this to emulate a vintage (no longer produced) manual edger I had been borrowing from a neighbor. It works great on hard-to-cut sod growing in dense, hard-to-penetrate soil. I like the turned top edge, which makes it easier to step down on the blade. I haven't owned it long enough to know if the rusting issue others have noted is really a problem when properly cared for. Others have written about: 1)the blade not being sharpened; 2)the shaft being too short. The blade arrived with sharpness typical for a shovel or edging tool and cuts sod fine; not sure what these people are using their edgers for that they need them to be sharper! I am over 6'2" and the shaft length is fine. The shaft needs to be long enough so that one can stabilize the tool while stepping it into the sod. I have all my height in my legs (so I benefit from longer tools), and the top of the handle still sits at the perfect height so I can rest my hand on it with an ergonomic, slightly flexed elbow position. And the round handle is perfect to allow one to rock the tool side-to-side to lengthen the cut. Again, I can't understand how people are using this tool that they complain about its length.

First use broke where metal gets thin by where push by foot. I think it was from shipping. The shovel must have been laying flat and alot of weight placed on it.

I am small and not very strong, and find this very easy to use. It's not heavy like some of the bigger ones. Impossible for most people to break, and even then it would take 10 years of abuse.

Hello all, I just received the Radius Grip Pro Shovel #202 as a gift. I was pleased with the idea of a tool that would last even though it was made in china, as it turns out I cracked the head at the handle and the pin came most of the way out in two days of use, granted I work hard and am fairly strong. I feel that it is a good design though built by the lowest bidder and it shows. I have replaced the pin in hope that it will still function well enough. If the handle come off or gets worse I'll up-date this post.

I'm very impressed with the design and quality material/steel used in this edger. Haven't used it yet but can't wait until I can put it to daily use! Now I'm interested in the garden fork 😉

First stainless shovel and it's a winner...lovely and a joy to use. Hoping it lasts many years.

For those who doesn't want to invest in garden tools but want to aerate their garden whitout any hard effort, this tool is for you. It's really good quality and I think it won't brake before several years. I'm pleased with it and make my life easier!
