Anchovies Fillet 3 oz

As a Sicilian/Maltese descent, I wasn’t sure what to expect with these Agostino Recca anchovy fillets, but they really surprised me. The fillets are small but incredibly flavorful—perfectly salty with just the right amount of brine. I love adding them to salads and pasta dishes to give that punch of umami without overpowering everything. They’re also super convenient, nicely packed in a small jar that keeps them fresh. If you’re an anchovy fan or want to try adding some depth to your cooking, these are a great choice. Definitely a pantry staple for me now!

I'm an anchovie fan. I've tried several brands and this is my favorite. Either in tin or bottle, they don't disintegrate in a few months, but last a long time. Not as salty as many brands. I eat them fresh from the can. Thing to remember about anchovies, they are best right out of the can or bottle. If you leave them for more than a day, even in the fridge, they get old tasting. I think that people who say they hate anchovies are talking about those horrible, old and spoiled ones from cheap pizza shops.

Not bad, but not clean as Ortiz Brand. Too many bones and hard tails.

This brand has the BEST anchovies I've ever had. And this from a guy that is happy with anchovies on saltine crackers as a snack! (Thanks Mom!). The filets are fat, light colored, and have minimal bones. Simply delicious! Cut them in half for pizzas. Cut them in thirds for great toppings on Caesar Salads. Eat them right out of the jar. ★★★★★ - Anchovy fans unite!

Very salty and fishy flavor. Mushy, I was unable to remove them from jar in 1 piece. Will not purchase again

I love it, the jar top was a little hard to open and get just one anchovy , but they taste wonderful. I have been making my own Caesar salad dressing and saving a lot of money.

The jar is 3 oz, but you only get 1.7 oz of anchovies. List the net weight of product please.

Good taste and its a tight lid bottle.
