I bought this Jura Cool Control when the original Jura cooler simply stopped working. This new one is an improved but expensive model. At nearly $300, it provides a read out of the temperature of the cooler and a light source which advises on the amount of milk left in the container. I find little to no milk spoilage in this model as opposed to the earlier iteration. It is important not to add new milk to old milk so as to avoid spoilage. I also find it important to keep clean the tube carry the milk from the Cool Control to the coffee machine.

I’m very happy with this milk fridge for my Jura espresso machine. At times it can be a bit noisy but it s not too bad. Light warns you when milk is running low. Cleaning is a snap!

So I’m on my second cool control and it just died. Luckily I had one month of warranty left when the first one died (started to freeze the milk) now the new one always shows 32 degrees so never turns the cooling on. I really liked when this was working but I am now giving up. I ordered a quart milk bottle that I will use going forward. If this worked, I’d use it forever but it is just glitchy tech that apparent will fail eventually.

This is a wonderful step up from the previous model. My milk stays at the precise temperature it is supposed to and interacts wonderfully with the Jura coffee machine. Shipped quickly. I am a happy customer.

We bought this as a companion for our new Jura Z8. My wife and I are both latte fans, so having properly chilled milk ready to go is so cool. Setup is super easy and the stainless carafe maintains proper temp to perfection. Cleaning the milk tube is relatively simple as well using the tray and on screen prompt on the Z8. The biggest deal breaker for us is—this thing is ridiculously loud. We have an open concept living space (kitchen and living room are all open/close proximity). It was driving me nuts trying to figure out where the heck this humming/fan noise was coming from. Then I realized it was the milk container. To maintain temp, the fan runs constantly (maybe turns off for 5 minutes every 30-45 minutes or so). When it’s on though, it’s obnoxious….bad enough that we typically leave the container power off and empty until we’re ready to use the machine (this somewhat defeats its purpose).

Very nice improvement over the previous design. This cooler looks very nice next to the capachino machine and I love the milk level indicator. The only reservation I have is it's longevity as the previous two coolers only lasted two years each. Time will tell.Update: Having now used this for several months, this is an improvement over the previous version. The earlier incarnation always shut off whenever the power fluctuated (spoiling the milk inside), this version does not. Only one time in several months has it shut off and that was when the power went off for an extended period of time (much more than fluctuating).So far so good.

Great cooler. Has a quantity indicator on top. It's a little tricky putting the stainless steel container inside the cooler. Milk stays nice and fresh for hours! Worth every Dollar or Euro.
