Ergodyne11108 ProFlex 1600 Back Support Brace, 9" Extended Support, High Cut Front For Mobility, 4XL,Black

I do a job where heavy lifting is occasionally required. (Heavy being a relative term. In the neighborhood of 50 lbs., but large items.) From previous experience, I know it was easy to strain a muscle or throw out your back lifting the items we use so I wear a back support whenever I need to lift anything heavy. This is actually the third support brace I've gotten over the years. but it's also, in my opinion, the best. I love the larger support area the brace gives, and the adjustable side straps are a must. Hopefully I don't need it much, especially in the winter months where I'll have multiple layers of clothes, but I like that I do have it.

I have had a hard time finding a quality back brace in a 4x. My husband loves it. I put another in my cart to remember what kind it is for when I need to replace this one. Hopefully that will take a while

I had a DIY job where I had to move more than 100 of 160KG sleepers so bought this to help me on the task.I'd hasten to add that we rented a JCB to do lost of the lifting and transporting, but there was still a lot of manhandling to get the sleepers into position.At the end of the first day, wearing this belt, I felt better than I thought I would. But it was so uncomfortable that I ditched it 30 minutes into the second day.I felt a lot more done-in after the second day so maybe that's the difference between wearing this and not?To be honest, it reminded me of some safety guards on machinery that get in the way so much that you end up removing them so you can get on with the job. In conclusion, probably helpful but no use if it's so much faff that you leave it lying on the kitchen floor.

Strained my back while building a piece onto my house and bought this back brace in hopes of getting some relief and I was not disappointed. I got instant relief and was able to continue working on my project. Highly recommend this brace
