Three 4GB data Pay As You Go SIM

I bought this item to use the internet in Las Vegas when I was there for a couple of weeks in September. It worked perfectly and whilst there was only 12gb available for use in America out of the 30gb I only used a couple of gb during the whole period. I didn't need make any of the free phone calls. I could have got away with a 10gb or 20gb simcard but I am a cautious person. It was easy to set up on my phone. It probably been even easier if I had a dual sim phone.

Urgh, same thing happened with my other phone. Lost my account, not able to sign in to check, weird! Spent weekend testing to see if it was my phone that was the problem. Eventually completely lost all signal on Sunday - no account and no signal! Staff member at a sim provider store suggested I try to get a PAYG sim from Tesco, said she was not surprised about my problems with Three sim but wasn't going to elaborate. A Tesco staff member at the Glasow Queen St branch , possibly a manager - took the time to help find me the right sim. Got the £20 GiffGaff sim with 80GB data - although the credit seems to go quite fast if you make quite a number of calls - so while not a complete solution, it is still better than NO SIGNAL - here's looking at you Three - dishonest business practice.

First of all the Free network did not recognise the phone number, so was unable to get any support! There appeared to be no data with the sim, I paid the Free network a further £35 for an unlimited data add on, this run out in one day, according to three it is only unlimited in the U.K. and less than 20g anywhere else! I was unable to add anymore credit as the three network did not recognise the number supplied on the SIM card, so really was a total waste of money, I paid Amazon £35 then Three £35 and got one days internet!

We bought this before our Florida holiday, 3 network allows free roaming in the US and this SIM card comes pre-loaded with 8 GB which was more than enough for our 10 days stay. Delivered the next day by Amazon and was very easy to set up, literally only took a couple of minutes. This was a perfect solution for us and saved us a small fortune on roaming charges. The one drawback is that 3 do not allow tethering (mobile hotspot) so you can only use this sim in one device.

I bought this for my son who was visiting Canada and USA. I misread it, as although it does cover Canada. Usage in Canada is against the PAYG balance (i.e. at standard rates £2/MB), rather than against the inclusive data and minutes. Usage in the USA is against the inclusive data and minutes. Works straight away, but put the sim whilst in the uk to register it.

Although offered as unlimited calls, texts and data, that ONLY applies in the UK.If you want to use this product overseas then firstly you MUST make at least one call in the UK before you leave for overseas locations. If you don’t then the SIM will not activate correctly.Additionally, you will be limited to 12GB of data so not unlimited in any way.Thirdly and very importantly you cannot make calls to non-UK phones, or send SMS texts to them. You will have to buy a top-up to use this function. This is not well explained in the packaging, but does appear on Three’s website IF you know where to look.Calls in both Abu Dhabi and Australia (both are Go Roam destinations) to non-UK numbers are £3/minute so beware.I only discovered these limitations once overseas and after becoming very ill. Threes support desk were hopeless and told me that it should all work so even they clearly don’t understand their own products which doesn’t inspire much confidence.

Arrived same day, easy to set up (I recommend setting up in country of purchase before travelling). Had 12GB data for a 2-week trip to USA and didn’t have a problem with the signal (only in thunder storms of course!) but it was worth the money for the convenience!

It’s a great solution if you need mobile data and internet while traveling abroad. Worked great in US and across Europe. Got a suggestion to purchase one on the airport while going to US. And I buy now for my international travel. Best deal to stay connected online.

Very easy to use. Bought three cards (for my family members) and received them in Canada (!!!). Put each card into the phone in Toronto to make sure it works. Registered on 3 site for checking the balance (nice to have, but not must, if you'll be monitoring service consumption by yourself). Learned on the site that as a bonus my data allowance (5Gb) was doubled by 3 (to 10Gb), very nice! Switched the Canadian SIM card with this one on the flight to EU. Cards worked during our trip in entire Germany, and subsequently at the cruise ports of call in France, UK, Belgium, and Netherlands.Quality of the service depends on the coverage of roaming partners in EU. Generally it worked well most of the time. There was no service in very remote "dead zones" in Germany. I'd recommend this card to anyone who's planning a trip in EU.

La verdad me funciono bien para lo que la necesitaba, mas para Whatsapp e indicaciones de como llegar a los lugares usando maps. la velocidad si deja mucho que desear pero como digo me fue funcional y no me termine los 5Gb que tenia disponibles en donde no funciono muy bien fue en Suiza pero en los demas paises funcionaba "bien" (a veces se desconectaba y no podia compartir internet mientras no estuviera usando mi telefono, no me habia pasado antes)

We bought 3 of these sim card for our family trip to europe. We had to go to a football match straight from Barcelona airport, so I wanted to have our phone is ready to use when we arrived and it was good that we didn't need to look for a mobile store at the airport. All three of them worked perfectly with iphone 11 and iphone 8. We put our sim cards in at Dubai airport when we were transiting. My son said he had more than 5GB data when he checked during our stay and he was very happy. We spent 3 weeks in total in Spain, Portugal and France and we didn't need to recharge them at all. If you want to buy a sim card in Spain, here is my experience. I bought one sim card for my other family member at "Orange" store in Barcelona which was 20 euro.(approx AU $32-34 the time we travelled.) The "Orange" travel sim was fine but I had to show my passport at the time of the purchase and the international call was NOT included so it was a bit inconvenient as the UK Three sim card has "UK" phone number. Orange sim card doesn't let me to call to this UK phone number but UK Three sim card can call any number. Of course you can just use "Whatsup" or "LINE" app to make a call but overall I thought buying UK Three Sim card by Amazon was better idea than buying an Orange sim card in Spain especially if you want to be ready to use your mobile and if you don't want to walk around in Barcelona city with your passport.

Also Leistung und Empfang sind meist besser als das herkömmliche. In Ganz Europa + darüber hinaus. Ein Stern Abzug gibts in der "Durchsichtigkeit, why ever das Amazon abfragt - weil: Ich habe bisher noch keinen Weg gefunden abzulesen, wie viele GB ich bereits verbraucht hab, bzw wie der allg. Ablaufstatus ist. Wenn da jemand einen Tipp für mich hat, immer her.

En la descripción de producto dice que el chip funciona en toda Europa, mi viaje fue en Italia y Portugal, un chip así debería de funcionar bien para mi caso. Pero, cuando llegué a Paris donde hice transito, intenté a configurar el país según la instrucción, en lugar de poder tener datos que esperaba me notó en la pantalla que el chip SOLO funciona en UK. Es decir, este chip no va sirve para mi viaje de dos semanas en Europa.Unos días después se me ocurrió a realizar una devolución, lo hice en línea sin configurar una fecha para entregar el producto a la paquetería en el sistema (porque todavía me faltaba 10 días a acabar el viaje, la fecha límite de devolución era el 1 de noviembre, pensé que tenía una semana después de regresar a México para devolverlo). Lo malo fue, se me olvidó este asunto por tener muchas cosas acumuladas que hacer cuando regresé a México; Cuando recordé eso hoy, ya es 5 días después de la fecha límite.Quejas:1. La descripción de producto no está apropiada, es un engaño. Debería de marcar claramente que sólo funciona en UK, no toda Europa.2. El proceso de devolución de productos de tipo de servicio (tal como este caso) debería de ser diferente que normal, por ejemplo, cancelar la línea del chip y devuelve el dinero si cliente no usó los datos y pidió devolución. En mi caso, no fue posible devolver el chip inmediatamente porque el chip se encontraba en un país lejos del país donde hizo la compra3. Amazon debería de dar mejor servicio a los clientes. En este caso, puede dar una alerta al cliente “Tienes un proceso de devolución incompleto, le falta un día llega la fecha límite de hacerlo.” Es algo similar al servicio de dar alerta de “Tienes compras no realizado.”
