Emerson customer service is non-existant, thermostat stopped working after Amazom warranty
Received our thermostat and it was installed by my husband who is a licensed Master HVAC/R technician. During heating there are several clicking sounds going on and 2x the unit has lost all settings. We emailed Emerson regarding the manufacturers warranty and received this statement "Greetings. Thank you for your interest with Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions Division. Emerson warranty guidelines and standards might be different from some of our distributors. For better assistance regarding warranty questions, it would be best to contact the Distributor where you purchased your compressor from. Let us know if you have further questions or clarifications. " Any help would be appreciated!
