McVities Jamaica Ginger Cake 200g

Omg it just melted in my mouth . My one concern about ordering it online was that it would be shipped and arrive all squished and flat . But no it was perfect. Would order again from this seller. Great value for the money , I enjoyed every last bite!

I am originally from London England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 so when l was doing some late night shopping on Amazon, l couldn't believe it when l found one of my favorite things that l miss. It's so delicious l will be ordering more than l probably should. Came quickly. Just the way l remembered soft and sticky.

No problem with the taste or delivery time, but this is now a tiny little thing, whereas it used to be a loaf-sized cake. Did McVities think we wouldn't notice?

My wife discovered Jamaica Ginger Cake to a trip to the UK so I bought this as a small treat to keep her sweet. My devious plan is working.And considering delivery was from across the ocean it was super fast. Will order again next time I am in trouble.

I dot know if they've changed the recipe (I suspect they may have as it was labelled additionally a sticky pudding) but it is not the cake I remembered.The box was in hideous shape when it arrived and both cakes were VERY flat. Not the sellers fault, but still not a great experience.

I ate it so slow so tasty

This was smaller than expected, and the cake was bland tasting and dry. Not at all what we were used to from the UK.

brought back memories . we could not resist eating the lot in one go. mmmm
