Great poster for beginning cello players who can't read music
I bought this for my husband who is taking up the cello. It is great for a beginner, even those who can't read music. Half the poster shows you the notes on the bass clef to help teach how to read the notes, and the right shows generally how to make those notes play correctly on the cello. I don't think the positions are exactly correct as we took his cello in to have the positions taped, and they were not exactly equidistant like in the poster. But he has been keeping the poster by his side at all times while he is beginning to learn.

Poor condition
It is a good poster but arrived in poor condition. It was folded in half, and a sticky substance is on it (as if it had had a label removed). Buy with caution.

Easy to understand and learn
This chart maybe small, but it has been very useful. I'm teaching myself cello, and how to the read music. I referenced this chart very often in the beginning. It's been a couple weeks and after studying it I noticed I do not need it as much. However, this is and will be my "Go To" chart.

Wonderful chart for seeing all the positions and notes in one place. I moved from a treble clef instrument to the cello (bass cleft) and this chart shows me exactly what I need. Great resource for learning the various positions. A "must have" for beginners.

The content of the chart is fine, but horrible shipping, product is creased and torn
I'm a beginning cellist, so I wanted a nice quick reference for my wall and thought this would be perfect. It came in an unnecessarily huge box with two CDs and nothing to protect any of these products. The chord chart is horribly creased and torn on the edges like my dog chewed it up. Good job, Amazon fulfillment center; you get the prize for worst shipping of a paper product.

Not only is it functional, but it is beautiful
I love this chart! I wish I had one that was the size of a sheet of paper so that I could look at it all the time.

IT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU SEE HERE AND EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL! Seller should post a better presentation of this product here, at Amazon, by the way. I love it! Love it, love it love it! I haven't bought yet a frame for it, I will buy the most beautiful I can afford and find somewhere, and put in my music room very soon. I guarantee you: it is really beautiful. Package came perfect, no issues with delivery as my Amazon delivery guy lives nearby me and it is a very nice dude from Poland.
