yes it doesn't feel oily at all. the only thing about buying it from Amazon is when it is in the box and rolling around during shipping it always breaks off from the tube kind of like how lipstick breaks off when you roll it up. I've had this happen two times and had to call customer service to have another one sent to me. so it's kind of hit-or-miss whether or not that will happen again. I just didn't want to take the chance so I've been buying mine at the local Walmart

Do toffee and coconut come off as too orangey for contouring?

No. My base is toffee and I contour with coconut. Neither look orange

I have very fair light skin. what color should I use?

I like Porcelain 110. It is a stick makeup and gives good coverage but to avoid it looking heavy, try using a sunscreen moisturizer underneath and apply with a damp cosmetic sponge.

Has this product been discontinued or something? Its so hard to find in stores
