Does this actually work?

I feel like it does something, yes. I take it as directed in addition to Garcinia Cambogia (also taken as label suggests) and I feel like I have better results now that I take these. I have already been working out 5 days a week, and trying to watch my diet, but nothing was changing. I figured I had nothing to lose but a few dollars so I started taking these. I definitely (and FINALLY) dropped some weight, so I'm going to keep at it.

Ragia I feel it does work. Like anything new you have to give it time. Be patient with your body. It's not a miracle pill and that's not what you should expect. I use it as another tool to staying healthy. Along with healthy eating, excersise, drinking plenty of water..... You get the idea. It definitely curbs my appetite if that helps.

Is this decaf?

That doesn't really answer the question.  How much caffeine is naturally in it?  It says decaf, which is about 30mg, but please be more specific with this product for those of us who have to be super careful.

I'm skeptical of all the good reviews from the people that received the product for free . Does this product really work??

I can understand your concern, however, NatureWise doesn't pay us for good reviews. We actually made the purchase on our own prior to being offered a free bottle. Inside the bottle you order comes a coupon offer for a free bottle. If you call and request one, they are very happy to send you one but they do ask that you review the product, whether you have a positive experience or not. They really seem to just want to know how they are doing and if you're truly happy with the product. My experience with NatureWise has definitely been a positive one.  Not ever product works for everyone. The only way you'll know if this works for you is to try it. However, you may not notice results right away, which is why it's great that they offer a free bottle....during your trial to see if it's truly working for you, you have the opportunity to save on one bottle - which is always a bonus! I do believe that this product is working for me. The only downside is that it's something you have to continue taking for it to continue working. I think I'll take it through the summer, then stop in the fall to test it again. I don't want to stop now cause I hafta put a swimsuit on soon! ;)  Good luck to you!
