Papier Poudre Oil Blotting Papers - Rachel 1 Box (12 Booklets)

This product is just great! It is a one time fix. You apply your makeup and you can leave home with just a lipstick and this blotting paper in your purse and your makeup stays absolutely fresh looking all day long. I have extremely oily skin but when I use this, it really absorbs all the oils and give me that fresh powder just applied make up look for a really long time. I love this product...it is one of the best on the market. The delivery from this company is also very fast so you don't have to wait too long to get it. I would recommend this to anyone and if there were 10 stars on top I would definitely give this product a perfect 10!!!

Definitely a good bang for your buck! You get a ton of sheets for the price and they work perfectly, I love that they have powder on them as well so you can touch up your makeup at the same time! Sleek packaging so it'll fit anywhere! Absorbs all the oil without removing your makeup.

I was very hesitant on buying in bulk, but I am a greasy beast. My face needs blotting and reblotting. I’ve tried the clean and clear blue sheets, the Target brand of those sheets, and all other kinds of oil blotting papers that become see-through after they touch my face. None of them ever really made me happy because my shine comes back full force, my hands get greasy, and the sheets literally just blotted, but didn’t add anything to my face.These sheets are powdered (which I didn’t even consider about until after I ordered this) and it helps so much. My face looks cleaner and it really does keep me from being shinier sooner. The sheets are not double sided though: it is powdered on one side and not the other. However, I really only need one sheet when I blot, which is nice.Now that I bought 12 books, it’s nice just being able to keep one in my desk at work, one in my car, and one in my bag. Additionally, the other oil blotting sheets are about $3+ anyways, so for a 12, it’s going to be roughly the same price. You just won’t have to worry about purchasing any of them individually for a while  I expect the whole entire thing to last me for a year, if not more.

These are decent. You get a major bang for your buck as far as the sheer ammount of sheets you get for the money. That said, these are not like the clean and clear sheets or any other blotting sheets most people are used to. They contain a powder and are very thin paper material contained in a "book." I have difficulty ripping off a full sheet. That said, they DO work to blot your oil and they are pretty in your handbag. I would buy them again bc of the bang for your buck.

The papers do a good job of sopping up oil and grime, and I like that they are powdered. However, the papers are annoyingly small, so they are difficult to grip. If they were twice the size, they would be much more functional and easy to use. They are similar to the Palladio brand, but half the size.

I was looking forward to handing these out as gifts since you get a lot of them - not just one. But sadly I had to return them because the blotting papers were not only a dark brown, they barely had any powder on them and did nothing for my skin?

I have been using these paper for decades. I was excited to get this box because I wanted to give them to friends. These papers are expired. It clumps to your face and leaves blotches. They are useless. Do not waste your money on these and buy from reputable buyer.

It's Absalutly stunning packaging. The powder works wonders on the blotting paper, and the color is perfect. I was worried because the descriptions seem to be different site to site, but rachel is amazing for my very pale oily skin, and they dont darken my foundation like some compact powders do.

I've been using papier poudre for years. It's the best way of blotting up too much greasy moisture without putting a heap of powder on your face. Great to carry in your hand bag for touch ups during the day.

Update 1st June 2015++++++++Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear!This has rocketed up in price since I last bought this in Dec '13. Back then I happily paid £23 for this, but now it's shot up to £40! Goodness.Don't get me wrong it's fab blotting paper but it's very expensive to buy here now.,thus I've knocked one star off my review.Looking on the Papier Poudre website they're still selling for approx £21. Save yourself some quid and go there for it instead....++++++++++Ordered on the 29th December,dispatchd on the 30th,arrived today the 31st December!This product is a blessing for those of us who suffer from very oily skin.A couple of hours into the day and my face would look and feel oily and for years I didn't know what to do about it. I saw that Boots and Superdrug sold Oil Absorbing Powdered Paper which was great but blimey, it's expensive for a single book! Anywhere between £3.50-£5 in places per book! Rip-off! I get through an average of one book per month (yes my face is that bad :/ ) and so buying them from the shops makes for an expensive buy on a regular basis, plus the nearest store to me that sells them is 20 miles away, which is no use.Looked on Amazon for a cheaper alternative and saw Papier Poudre. The seller sells them as a box of twelve books and at the time of writing it cost £23. Do your homework and that £23 divided by 12 books in a box works out just under £2 per book, which results in a massive saving in my opinion. No brainer, I ordered them and I'm glad I did!The box the books come in is very well presented, in fact cute. The books themselves are pretty too :)Tear a leaf from the book and pat the powdered side on your face and look at the leaf to see how much oil it has absorbed. What is also great is that because its powdered, it leaves your face with a matte finish and doesn't disturb your warpaint either :DI always keep a book in my handbag when I'm out and about. I couldn't live without these.Absolutely recommend if your suffer from an oily complexion like myself.

I used these before years ago. The papers don't tear out very easily so you end up with a stump but they do a good job. They blot all the shine from your face and are handy for handbags and desk drawers. This batch are old as they smelled stale. However, as previously said, they do the job well.
