Very thick. Not a liquid
Although this didn’t work for me it does seem like it is good quality and a high performance product. It is thick like paste. Definitely need a brush to use it. I was trying to fix a fountain but it definitely doesn’t poor out. Not a liquid. So not easy for my needs. I had to purchase some liquid flex seal for the fountain. Will try this out on my gutters.

Product is excellent - THIS IS A QUART so crazy expensive
Like another reviewer, I didn't notice that this was a quart and not a gallon. We've bought this excellent product for years from local stores and didn't know it comes in a quart. This is more expensive than the gallon we found at Walmart...so 4 times the price!! Then realized it is not returnable. :( Super frustrating. Buyer beware. The product is great for roof repair but the price for this quantity is ridiculous!

Will definitely fix leaking roofs!
This is thick and sticky as tar. You can, if not careful, get it on boards around the roof which may be hard to get off, but if applied properly your leak in the roof will be sealed up.

Looks terrible, difficult to apply and customer support is useless
Thick and gloppy consistency, greasy look and feel, does not spread well unless very warm, looks terrible when dry, I do not have much confidence that this product will actually be water tight. Did I mention it looks terrible, do not put this anywhere you have to see it. Flex seal is a better value for your money especially if looks are part of your job. Customer service was completely useless ignoring my complaint and wanting pictures of the can rather than acknowledge my actual concerns about how I AM NOT SATISFIED. Forget this product and buy the better solution, Flex Seal.
