The kit included everything needed. Following the YouTube instructions was relatively straightforward. Prizing off the plastic cover with the aid of the little plastic tool provided was a bit nerve-wracking. I needed a sharp blade to get started as the back was such a tight fit and I had to insert the metal plectrum provided alongside the plastic lever to get started. I then worked my way round. It was OK, but delicate until the plastic started to crack next to one of the clips. I switched to opening the back from the other direction, thus approaching that clip from the other side, with success. Pulling off the clip for the battery was easy; pulling out the old battery needed confidence and a firm grip on the plastic flap on the original battery. Fitting the new one and refitting the clip was simple, as was replacing the plastic back. I followed the charging instructions, and the results have been excellent. The Tablet was new too long ago to make exact comparisons, but it is working like new; it holds a charge for many hours of reading and surfing, and of course, has stopped the sudden crashes and other malfunctions that denote a failing battery. Tremendous investment, and I was really glad I spent the extra on the kit with the tools.

It's a faff to remove the back cover of the tablet but well worth the effort to get it back to as-new performance.The connector on the battery is tiny. Once you've removed the old battery, hold the new battery, position the connector, press down to make the connection and, only when the connector is firmly attached, press the new battery down onto its sticky mount. [You'll understand what I mean when you get the old battery out]I charged the battery up to about 95% and it's been through 3 charge-use cycles now and performing really well.No more of the turning itself off at 20% and going through an automatic off-restart-off-restart loop until the battery is dead.The new battery is performing really well and, after a couple of interactions with their Customer Service department, I couldn't be happier.

Opening the tablet was a little tricky but plenty of videos on YoooooouTube and once I had started levering the back cover off it worked OK. Removing th eold battery needed a firm pull (it is stuck down). The new battery dropped in fine and works well.

Initially happy as it was easy to fit and replace my old battery. Worked well for a week then suddenly overnight, white switched ,off the battery drained to 0% and will not charge

There wasn't any point writing a review before, but just around 1yr since I installed it, the tablet's doing the same thing that prompted me to get a new battery in the first place. I have had worse battery lifetimes in the past, but hoped for something that was going to last a good couple of years.

We have done this before ... replace a failing battery in a Galaxy Tab S2 tablet so I was delighted that this replacement battery was just as easy to instal into a different tablet to give it a new lease of life. Excellent job and so much better than having to buy a new tablet. Thank you

Bought for a Samsung S2 tablet, that was taking forever to charge and was picky about charger and cable. I know it's a seriously old tablet but I love the form factor.1st 4 weeks 100% charging in a couple of hours. 2 weeks later over 8 hours to charge.Admittedly lasts a good few hours once charged but has to be turned off. Stand by kills battery.

I desperately needed a new battery for my Samsung S2 as the old (original) one needed charging every day and had to be left on charge overnight - when it used to last days when new (approx three years ago).This replacement battery came 50% charged. I fitted it to my S2 and all fired up OK. Then, I put it on charge. It took more than five hours to reach 100%.I started to use the S2 as a test to see how long the battery would last without mains. Within an hour the charge was down to 40% !!I then fully charged the S2 and left it in sleep mode overnight. In the morning the S2 had powered itself off because the battery had dropped to less than 3% !!!!!!!! How does that happen????I have since re-opened my S2 (not an easy job) and reinstalled the battery in case of an error (hardly likely, there's only one small connection to clip in) but the battery persists in discharging.I'm assuming problems happen but I want my S2 back!!Thank you.Subsequent to above comment, K Kyuer responded by replacing the battery and all is fine now. I have nothing but praise for their customer-support and the speed at which the problem was driven through to a satisfactory conclusion. Would that some other suppliers/organisations could do the same. Well done!

Der alte Akku hatte sich aufgebläht und war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Der neue passt, war auch schnell ausgewechselt und macht seinen Job.

Dura 2 anni esatti se il tablet, come nel mio caso, viene utilizzato in maniera intensiva. E' chiaro che l'S2 ha attualmente un valore residuo ridicolo ma funziona ancora discretamente, basta cambiare la batteria. La sostituzione è piuttosto semplice; per chi non avesse dimestichezza, ci sono diversi video su YT. La confezione comprende tutto il necessario per effettuare l'operazione, oltre alla batteria stessa.

La batterie de mon galaxy tab S2 etait en train de mourrir.La charge ne tenait plus, la tablette avait du mal a s'allumer.Sur le modele 8", on peut changer la batterie par l'arriere ce qui est BEAUCOUP plus facile que par l'avant.Batterie changée sans probleme et depuis retour a une tablette operationnelle et qui tient la charge.

It does not work. It takes 24 hour to full charge and just one hour to be completely discharged!!!!!!!

tot correcte. Si es segueixen les instruccions de qualsevol video de Youtube no hi ha problema en fer el canvi. La nova bateria, de moment, funciona perfectament. L'únic problema, tal com s'indica a un dels comentaris, es que per començar a obrir la tapa del darrera no serveix cap de les eines. Jo he fet servir un "cutter" i un cop comences, ja pots fer servir una de les palanques de plastic.
